Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de fabrication d'objets (2) tridimensionnels par compactage successif de couches d'un matériau de fabrication (8) compactable par rayonnement aux emplacements correspondant à la section transversale respective de l'objet (2). Ce dispositif comprend un boîtier (3) dans lequel est logé un contenant de fabrication (4) dans lequel est disposé un dispositif support pour supporter l'objet (2) au moyen d'un support (6), un dispositif d'application (7) pour appliquer des couches de matériau de fabrication (8) sur le dispositif support (5) ou sur une couche précédemment formée, un dispositif de dosage (9) pour acheminer le matériau de fabrication (8) et un dispositif d'irradiation (10) pour irradier des couches de matériau de fabrication (8) aux emplacements correspondant à la section transversale respective de l'objet (2). Le boîtier (3) du dispositif (1) comporte une section (I) dans laquelle se trouvent le contenant de fabrication (4) pendant la fabrication, ainsi qu'un poste de prélèvement (12) et une zone de manipulation (11). Dans l'atmosphère de gaz protecteur fermée hermétiquement par le boîtier (3) du dispositif (1), y compris la zone de manipulation (11), est monté un dispositif de transport (13) qui, côté entrée E, comporte un élément de transport (14) qui peut être déplacé par intervention dans la zone de manipulation (11), manuellement ou indirectement, par un dispositif de manipulation (35) traversant une paroi (37) de la zone de manipulation (11), et qui, côté sortie A, est relié au moins temporairement à au moins un réservoir ou un doseur (15,16) du dispositif et/ou disposé au-dessus d'un réservoir ou d'un doseur (15,16) placé à l'intérieur de la zone de manipulation (11).
