本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理、 制作成本低、 操作灵活、 安全程度高、可实现微波烹饪功能和面包制作功能互锁的具有面包制作功 能的微波炉, 以克服现有技术中的不足之处。 按此目的设计的一种具有面包制作功能的微波炉, 包括炉体, 可分 别放入炉腔内的转盘和面包桶组件, 面包桶组件包括面包桶和面包桶座, 其结构特征是炉腔内设置有检测面包桶组件放入与否的安全装置,该安全 装置作为一开关, 接入到微波启动的控制电路中。 所述的安全装置包括设置在炉腔底部的杠杆, 杠杆一端伸入 腔内 与面包桶组件相接,杠杆另一端与设置在控制电路中的微动开关的触点相 接。 所述的杠杆设置在固定板上, 固定板设置在微波炉的底板和炉腔底 部之间。, 当面包桶组件放入炉腔内时, 桶座和杠杆一端压接, 杠杆另一端压 下微动开关的触点, 使原本连通的微波启动控制电路断开, 形成开路, 确 保在面包制作过程中禁止微波烹饪功能, 避免了意外事故发生, 极大地提 高了安全性能。

参见图 1-图 5, 本具有面包制作功能的微波炉, 包括炉体, 可分别 放入炉腔内的转盘 2和面包桶组件,面包桶组件包括面包桶 7和面包桶座 9, 设置在面包桶 7内的搅拌叶 5和搅拌轴 6, 面包桶 7呈长方形, 面包 桶有一定的斜度, 上口大, 下部小, 便于面包倒出; 面包桶 7的下方设有 面包桶座 9, 搅拌轴 6贯穿面包桶 7和面包桶座 9。 搅拌轴 6能在其中转 动, 但不能上下窜动。 搅拌轴 6上端安装有搅拌叶 5 , 在面包桶与面包桶 座之间安装有密封圈 8 , 防止其漏水。 面包桶组件通过面包桶座 9与固定 在腔体上的固定柱 10旋转一定角度后固定在腔体上, 以防止其发生松动。 微波炉上设置有驱动转盘 2 转动的转盘机构和驱动搅拌叶转动的搅 拌机构, 转盘机构包括转盘电机 14、 支撑转盘 2的转环 3、 和与转盘电机 14输出转轴 14. 1相接用于托接转盘 2的支承块 4。 炉腔底部设置有转盘 电机 14, 转盘电机上设有转轴 14. 1, 该转轴 14. 1穿过大齿轮 12的轴孔 后和支承块 4配合, 以带动转盘运动。 大齿轮 12的上端面为斜齿形面, 搅拌轴 6的下端面设置有相应的齿形面。 当做面包时, 放入面包桶组件, 使得面包桶组件的搅拌轴 6与大齿轮 12的齿形面连接,搅拌电机 16连接 有皮带 15, 皮带 15通过小齿轮 18直接带动大齿轮 12, 从而实现搅拌和 面的功能。 炉腔内设置有检测面包桶组件放入与否的安全装置, 该安全装置作 为一开关, 接入到微波启动的控制电路中。 安全装置包括设置在炉腔底部 的杠杆 30, 杠杆 30—端的压点 30. 1伸入炉腔内, 只要面包桶组件一置 入炉腔内, 就可以把压点 30. 1压下, 从而通过杠杆另一端把微动开关 32 的触点压下, 由于微动开关 32是常闭型, 当触点被压下去后微波启动的 控制电路就断开, 从而形成互锁。 微动开关 32设置在开关支架 31上。 杠 杆 30设置在固定板上, 固定板设置在微波炉的底板和炉腔底部之间。 炉 腔后部还设置有热风对流机构, 见图 4, 该热风对流机构包括开设于炉腔 后板上的导热网孔, 炉腔后板后面依次设置有冷却扇叶 19、 后电热管 20、 隔热棉 22、 后隔热板 23、 热风扇叶 24、 热风电机 26和后背板 27, 其中, 后电热管 20设置在后电热管支架 21上, 热风电机 26设置在热风电机支 架 25上, 后背板 27上设置有通气孔或通气格栅。 从冷却扇叶 19周边吹 出的风经后电热管加热成高温风, 该高温风从后板的网孔进入炉腔。

4、根据杈利要求 2所述的具有面包制作功能的微波炉,其特征是所述的 杠杆(30)设置在固定板上, 固定板设置在微波炉的底板和炉腔底部之间。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的具有面包制作功能的微波炉,其特征是所述的 面包桶组件还包括设置在面包桶 (7) 内的搅拌叶(5) 和搅拌轴 (6), 微波 炉上设置有驱动转盘(2)转动的转盘机构和驱动搅拌叶转动的搅拌机构, 转 盘机构包括转盘电机(14)、 支撑转盘(2)的转环(3)和与转盘电机输出轴 相接用于托接转盘的支承块(4)。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有面包制作功能的微波炉, 其特征是所述 的炉腔后部还设置有热风对流机构, 该热风对流机构包括开设于炉腔后板上 的导热网孔, 炉腔后板后面依次设置有冷却扇叶(19)、 后电热管 (20)、 隔 热棉(22)、后隔热板(23)、 热风扇叶(24)、 热风电机(26)和后背板(27), 其中, 后电热管设置在后电热管支架 (21)上, 热风电机设置在热风电机支 架 (25) 上, 后背板上设置有通气孔或通气格栅。
