Abstract

 核酸の標識方法、例えば、イメージングに適した核種によりsiRNAを標識することが可能な二本鎖RNAの標識方法を提供する。  キレート化剤がプリン塩基又はピリミジン塩基にコンジュゲートしている少なくとも1個のヌクレオシド一リン酸が付加されている核酸。この核酸は、キレート化剤を介して67Ga、68Ga、99mTc、111In、201Tlなどの金属で標識可能である。標識された核酸は、核酸の体内動態評価、核酸のターゲット臓器への到達の有無の確認、遺伝子発現のイメージング、疾病の予防及び/又は治療などに利用することができる。
