Abstract

 セルロース誘導体、イソシアネート基含有1,2-ポリブタジエン、軟化点100~150°Cの合成ワックス、軟化点60~170°Cの脂肪酸アミドおよびグラファイトを含有してなるコーティング剤。このコーティング剤は、固着防止、粘着防止、ブロッキング防止および耐摩耗性向上といったゴム状弾性体用などのコーティング剤に要求される性能を満足させるとともに、高温圧縮時の粘着や高面圧での摩擦摩耗による塗膜の剥がれを生じない加硫ゴム用表面処理剤を形成させる。
