 粒径の制御された半導体ナノ粒子を収率良く得る製造方法は、超音波で微小反応場を形成した分散用の液相に半導体ナノ粒子の原料を添加した後、還元剤を添加して半導体ナノ粒子を形成させることを特徴とする半導体ナノ粒子の製造方法によって達成される。
