Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil à percussion ayant une efficacité de fonctionnement améliorée et une aptitude au travail améliorée obtenues par la réduction des vibrations provoquées par la percussion de l'outil. Dans un marteau perforateur (1), un arbre de réduction intermédiaire (31) est placé entre un arbre de réduction (32) et un arbre de sortie (9) de façon à être parallèle à et positionné devant l'arbre de sortie (9) et l'arbre de réduction (32) est placé devant l'arbre de réduction intermédiaire (31), l'arbre de réduction intermédiaire (31) réduisant la vitesse d'un arbre de sortie (9) et transmettant la vitesse réduite à un arbre de réduction (32) pour transmettre une rotation à un porte-outil (7). Par ailleurs, un moteur (8) est placé de telle sorte que l'arbre de sortie (9) se projette jusqu'à une position au-dessus d'un troisième engrenage (37) de l'arbre de réduction (32), qui place le moteur (8) à proximité de l'axe du porte-outil (7). En conséquence, le centre de gravité du marteau perforateur (1) est situé à une position dans la partie avant et supérieure du marteau perforateur, et ceci réduit le moment apparaissant dans le marteau perforateur (1) par rapport à la pointe d'une mèche (20) lors d'une opération de perçage et d'autres opérations.
