Abstract

 多端子平面型の固体電解コンデンサであって、弁金属からなる陽極として機能する第1の導電層(1)と、第1の導電層(1)の表面が陽極酸化されてなる誘電体膜(2)を介して、第1の導電層1の表面(1a)、側面(1c)及び裏面(1b)にかけて覆う、陰極として機能する第2の導電層(3)とを有し、第1の導電層(1)と第2の導電層(3)とが容量結合してなるキャパシタ部(10)を備える。この構成により、インダクタンスを増加させることなく、更なる大容量を得ることを可能とする信頼性の高い平面状の固体電解コンデンサが得られる。
