一方向クラッチ１１は、外径寸法が相対的に大きい第１の部分１３ａと、外径寸法が第１の部分より小さい第２の部分１３ｂとを含む外径面１３、軸方向に延びる複数のカム面１４ａが形成されている軌道面１４を含む内径面、および軸方向端部に径方向内側に折り曲げられた端曲げ部１７を含むシェル外輪１２と、カム面１４ａの径方向内側の円周方向一方側と他方側とで径方向の隙間が異なる楔空間に配置される総ころ形式のころ１８と、ころ１８を楔空間の径方向隙間が減少する方向に付勢する弾性部材としてのＣ形ばね１９と、シェル外輪１２の内径面に嵌まり込んで端曲げ部１７に軸方向外側から保持される側板２０とを備える。
