Abstract
L'invention concerne un émail renfermant exclusivement des constituants de nature organique préparés à partir de mélanges de résines. Le mélange de ces résines est extrudé, broyé et tamisé jusqu'à l'obtention de particules de petite taille pouvant être diluées dans un polyglycol ou appliquées à sec, dans le premier cas par sérigraphie ou émaillage par rideau d'émail, et dans le second cas au moyen d'un pistolet électrostatique, par sérigraphie ou par arasement. Dans les deux cas, on obtient un revêtement pour émaux céramiques après durcissement thermique. Devant la rigidité, la dureté et la facilité d'absorption de chaleur que présentent les émaux vitrifiés classiques à base de composés inorganiques, ce revêtement offre de meilleures propriétés de chaleur, d'élasticité et d'isolation thermique, et notamment une sensation tactile 'chaude'.
