技术领域
本发明涉及终端管理技术领域,特别是涉及一种感知终端定制外观内容改 动的方法、 装置及系统。
背景技术
定制外观(LFC, Look and Feel Customization )是一项设备外观的管理技 术, 该技术可以方便第三方实现远程增加、 删除、 更新、 激活 /去激活终端设 备的外观, 包括主题、 开关机提示、 嵌入式链接、 菜单、 屏幕保护和背景等功 能。 而所述第三方可以是业务提供商、 网络运营商、 手机制造商、 企业、 或者 设备持有者。
开发移动联盟( OMA, Open Mobile Appliance ) LFC技术可以重新利用开 放移动联盟设备管理 ( OMA DM, Open Mobile Appliance Device Management ) 的传输和命令管理机制, 为终端提供定制外观的功能。 它定义了 LFC服务器和 LFC客户端之间通信的标准接口, 所述标准接口包括两部分内容: 定制外观操 作和定制外观管理对象。 所述定制外观操作是一组操作命令的集合, 包括增加 Add, Get, 更换 Replace, Exec等, 它重用了 DM技术中定义的标准操作命令; 而所述定制外观管理对象则指明了定制操作管理的对象,定制外观管理对象主 要包括两部分: 一部分为定制外观元素, 即终端上可被管理的外观信息类别, 包括主题、 背景、 屏保、 铃声, 终端的定制外观元素一般是固定不变的; 另一 部分为定制外观元素的可用取值, 例如终端可以使用的主题包括 Windows Mobile主题、 Lenovo主题等等, 可用取值是可以动态改变的。 该定制外观管理 对象的所有信息共组成一个节点挂在终端的设备管理 DM树上, 具体如图 1所 示, 图 1为使用 LFC技术管理终端用户界面的系统结构图。 所述系统包括: 终 端设备 11和服务器 12。 其中,
所述终端设备 11包括:设备管理代理( DM代理)111、定制外观客户端( LFC 客户端)112和设备管理树(DM树) 113;服务器 12包括:定制外观服务器(LFC 服务器) 121和设备管理服务器 (DM服务器) 122。 所述服务器通过 DM接口 与终端设备 11的 DM管理树 113相连, 而所述 DM代理 111和 LFC客户端 112分别 通过接口和 DM管理树 113相连。 其管理过程为:
LFC服务器 121通过标准接口 (比如 DM接口) , 向 LFC客户端 112下发携 带定制外观元素、 定制外观元素的可用值等参数的操作命令, 所述 LFC客户端 112解析操作命令, 进行相应处理, 并通过标准接口向 LFC服务器 121反馈处理 结果。 也就是说, LFC服务器 121负责通过标准接口管理终端设备 11的外观, 终端设备 11上的 DM代理 111负责解析 DM标准操作命令, LFC客户端 112负责解 析和处理更详细的定制外观管理对象, 实现定制终端外观的功能。
目前,现有技术中釆用了 DM的方式来管理终端外观。它是针对每种外观 元素来进行管理, 如屏保、 运营商 logo、 墙纸(背景)等。 现以屏保为例, 该 方案是将终端设备上的所有屏保记录都保存在:
\Customization\ScreenSavers\AvailableScreenSavers下面 , 并且将当前使用 的屏保放置在: \Customization\ScreenSaver\ActiveSc下面。 运营商 /SP可以向 终端设备提供包括广告内容的 LFC 内容, 如广告墙纸等; 如果用户使用该广 告墙纸, 则需要向运营商返回费用; 如果用户不使用该广告墙纸, 则不向运营 商反馈费用。
但是, 在实现本发明过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少还存在如下问题: 上述 LFC 内容可能被用户或服务器改变, 而服务器却不能够实时感知到终端 设备上 LFC内容的改动, 只有通过操作命令 (比如 get )查询, 才能知道 LFC 内容是否发生改变。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种感知终端定制外观内容改动的方法、 装置及系统, 以满足服务器能感知终端指定定制外观内容的改动情况的需求。
为此, 本发明实施例提供一种感知终端定制外观内容改动的方法, 所述方 法包括步骤:
获取由终端记录的定制外观内容的改动信息 , 根据所述获取的改动信息 获知定制外观内容的改动。
相应地, 本发明实施例还提供一种系统, 所述系统包括终端和服务器: 所述终端包括: 记录单元, 用于记录终端定制外观内容的改动信息; 发送 子单元, 用于发送所述记录单元记录的改动信息; 所述服务器包括获知单元, 用于获取所述终端记录的所述改动信息后,根据所述改动信息获知定制外观内 容的改动。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 所述终端包括: 监控记录单元, 用于监控并记录定制外观内容的改动信息; 发送单元, 用于发送所述记录的定 制外观内容的改动信息。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种服务器, 所述服务器包括: 获知单元, 用于获取终端记录的定制外观内容的改动信息,根据所述获取的改动信息获知 定制外观内容的改动。
由上述方案可知, 在本发明实施例中, 通过获取由终端记录的定制外观内 容的改动信息 , 根据所述获取的改动信息获知定制外观内容的改动, 从而使 服务器能感知终端的定制外观的内容的改变情况,以便于根据所述改变的情况 进行相应的处理。

下面我们将结合附图,对本发明的最佳实施方案进行详细描述。 首先要指 出的是, 本发明实施例中用到的术语、 字词及权利要求的含义不能仅仅限于其 字面和普通的含义去理解,还包括进而与本发明实施例的技术相符的含义和概 念。 因此, 本说明和附图中给出的配置, 只是本发明实施例的首选实施方案, 而不是要列举本发明实施例的所有技术特性。我们要认识到,还有各种各样的 可以取代我们方案的同等方案或修改方案。
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
请参阅图 2 , 为本发明实施例中感知终端定制外观内容改动的方法的流程 图, 所述方法包括:
步骤 S21 : 设置终端监控定制外观内容的改动;
步骤 S22: 终端记录定制外观内容的改动信息;
步骤 S23: 获知终端所述记录定制外观内容的改动。
下面以服务器设置终端, 并感知终端定制外观内容改动为例来说明,但并 不限于服务器, 也可以是其它功能相等的设备, 在此不再说明。
在步骤 S21中,设置终端监控定制外观( LFC, Look and Feel Customization ) 内容的改动的实现流程如图 3所示, 具体包括步骤:
al .服务器向终端发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令;
bl.终端安装所述设置命令, 监控所述定制外观内容的改动。
cl.终端向服务器反馈安装设置命令的结果。
在步骤 al中, 所述监控 LFC内容的设置命令包括: 监控事件和执行操作, 但并不限于此。 所述监控事件是指服务器命令终端监控的 LFC内容的相关事 件, 即指定的 LFC内容发生改动,其中, 所述指定的 LFC内容包括: 指定的 LFC 外观包和指定 LFC外观元素设置; 所述发生改动指通过服务器或者用户管理的 方式, 将指定的 LFC内容激活、 去激活、 删除、 编辑、 更换等 LFC标准管理操 作。
所述执行操作是指服务器命令终端在监控事件发生时釆取的操作;所述执 行操作包括: 记录操作和上报操作。 所述记录操作表示服务器指示终端是否需 要记录, 及指示终端需要记录的信息。 所述需要记录的信息包括: 指定的 LFC 内容标识和发生的改动等等;所述上报操作表示服务器指示终端是否需要向服 务器上 发生的监控事件, 以及上 ^艮服务器的地址信息等。
另外, 在该步骤 al中, 所述服务器向终端发送监控 LFC内容的设置命令包 括至少下述一种方式:
一种方式是服务器通过定制外观内容将监控定制外观内容的设置命令发 送给终端; 在发送的定制外观内容中包括: 监控事件和执行操作, 所述监控事 件又包括:发生激活、去激活、删除、编辑更换等定制外观标准管理操作事件; 所述执行操作又包括: 记录和上报。 其中记录主要是记录需要记录的信息; 比 如定制外观内容的改动等信息; 上报操作只要是将所述记录的信息上报, 比如 上报到服务器等。需要说明是,除服务器下发的普通 LFC外观内容夕卜,所述 LFC 外观内容在实现还包括上述监控 LFC外观的设置命令所包括的信息。
另一种方式是服务器直接将监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端。即 所述监控指定 LFC外观内容的设置命令, 也可以独立发送给终端。 在监控设置 中包括: 监控事件和执行操作, 所述监控事件又包括: 监控对象和发生定制外 观标准管理操作事件。 监控对象为标识服务器指定监控的 LFC外观内容。 所述 定制外观标准管理操作事件包括但并不限于: 激活、 去激活、 删除、 编辑和更 换等操作。 所述执行操作与第一方式的执行操作完全相同, 在此不再赘述。
所述服务器直接将监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端的具体实现 过程为: 服务器与终端建立开发移动联盟设备 ( OMA DM )管理会话 (其建 立会话的实现过程具体参见 OMA DM标准, 在此不再赘述), 在建立管理会 话后向终端下发更新对应管理对象或新增对应管理对象的开发移动联盟设备 管理会话命令; 或者
服务器与终端建立开发移动联盟下载协议(OMADL )会话(其建立会话 的实现过程具体参见 OMADL标准, 在此不再赘述), 在所述下载协议会话中 服务器将监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端。
其中,在所述监控 LFC外观的设置命令在终端上以 OMA DM设备管理树的 方式组织时, 服务器可以与终端建立 OMA DM管理会话, 管理所述监控 LFC 外观的设置命令, 所述管理包括读取、 更改、 增加、 删除等操作。
在步骤 bl中, 所述终端接收到所述监控 LFC外观内容的设置命令后, 安装 所述设置命令, 监控所述定制外观内容的改动。 其中, 所述安装设置指令, 也 就是在外观内容可以改动的地方,如用户设置墙纸的地方等,增加处理代码等, 但并不限于此。 在安装完成后, 终端可以向服务器报告所述监控 LFC外观的设 置命令安装的结果(包括成功安装或安装不成功等信息) , 即步骤 cl所述。
在步骤 S22中,当终端监控到定制外观内容的设置命令中的监控事件发生 时, 记录定制外观内容的改动情况; 其中, 所述指定 LFC 内容发生改动为发 生定制外观标准管理操作事件; 所述记录定制外观内容的改动情况包括: 定制 外观内容的标识和改动情况。 也就是说, 当终端监控到指定 LFC 内容发生改 动时, 根据所述监控 LFC外观内容的设置命令中的记录指示, 决定是否进行 记录。 如果记录指示为需要记录, 则终端记录指定 LFC外观内容的改动情况; 否则, 不记录, 结束本流程。 其中, 所述终端记录指定 LFC外观内容改动情 况, 是指终端在 OMADM设备管理树上保存所述需要记录的信息, 包括指定 的 LFC内容标识和 /或发生的改动等等。
在步骤 S23中, 服务器获知终端定制外观内容的改动情况, 其获知的方式 包括下述至少一种,也可以是其它方式。一种方式是终端主动上报所述定制外 观内容的改动, 即步骤 a2; 可以是周期性上报或实时上报所述指定 LFC内容的 改动情况; 另一种方式是服务器向终端下发查询终端指定 LFC内容的改动情况 的命令, 即步骤 b2; 所述终端经过查询所记录的指定外观内容的改动情况, 并 将查询结果反馈服务器, 即步骤 c2。 其具体的实现过程如图 4所示, 包括: 在步骤 a2中, 终端主动上报所述指定 LFC外观内容的改动情况, 该情况可 以是终端记录的, 也可以是终端监控的改动情况。 也就是说, 当终端监控到所 述监控 LFC外观内容的设置命令中的监控事件发生时, 即指定 LFC内容发生指 定改动时, 终端根据所述监控 LFC外观内容的设置命令中的上报指示, 决定是 否向服务器上报; 如果上报指示为不需要上报, 则结束本流程; 如果上报指示 为需要上报, 则终端向服务器上报所述指定 LFC外观内容的改动情况。
其中, 所述终端上报指定 LFC外观内容的改动情况, 是指终端与所述监控
LFC外观内容的设置命令中指示的服务器建立 OMA DM管理会话, 然后发送 OMA DM Alert (OMA DM告警)命令上报数据。其中,所述 OMA DM Alert上报 类型预先定义, 用于通知服务器所上报信息的类型息。 所述上报信息的类型定 义示例^口下:
org. open mobile alliance. dm. lfc-modification-report。
即: 所述上 ^艮数据包括指定的 LFC内容标识和 /或发生的改动等等。
在步骤 b2中, 服务器与终端建立 OMA DM管理会话, 在建立管理会话后 向终端下发读取或查询指定 LFC外观内容改动情况的 OMA DM命令;终端收到 所述 OMA DM命令后, 查询所记录指定 LFC外观内容改动的情况; 等查询完成 后,终端通过 OMA DM命令向服务器反馈所查询指定 LFC外观的改动情况的结 果,即步骤 c2。 以便服务器感知终端所述指定定制外观内容的改变情况。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种感知终端定制外观内容改动的系统, 包 括终端和服务器, 其结构示意图如 5所示。 所述系统包括: 终端中的记录单元 55、 服务器中的获知单元 56, 和 /或服务器中的设置监控单元 51。 还可以包括 终端中的接收单元 52、 安装单元 53和安装响应单元 54。 其中, 所述设置监控 单元 51 ,用于设置终端监控终端定制外观内容的改动。又包括发送子单元 511 , 用于发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令; 监控子单元 512, 用于监控终端对所 述设置命令的安装结果。 所述接收单元 52, 用于接收发送子单元发送的监控 定制外观内容的设置命令; 所述安装单元 53 , 用于安装所述监控定制外观内 容的设置命令; 所述安装响应单元 54, 用于反馈安装单元的安装结果。 所述 记录单元 55, 用于记录终端指定定制外观内容的改动; 所述获知单元 56, 用 于获知所述记录终端指定定制外观内容的改动。其中, 所述获知单元 56包括: 查询子单元 561和 /或接收子单元 562。 同时还包括终端的发送子单元 563。 其 中, 所述查询子单元 561用于查询终端所述记录指定定制外观内容的改动; 所 述接收子单元 562, 用于接收终端发送所述指定定制外观内容的改动情况。 所 述发送子单元 563 , 用于发送终端记录的所述指定定制外观内容的改动情况。
其具体的实现过程为:所述设置监控单元 51先将监控定制外观内容的设置 命令发送给终端的接收单元 52, 所述接收单元 52接收到所述设置命令后,通知 安装单元 53安装所述设置命令, 所述设置命令安装到终端后,安装响应单元 54 反馈安装结果。 当终端指定定制外观内容发生改变时,记录单元 55根据设置命 令的指示, 决定是否记录该指定定制外观内容的改动, 若是, 则记录, 否则, 的改动情况; 或者, 集成在服务器中的查询子单元 561与终端通过建立 OMA DM管理会话, 向终端下发读取指定定制外观内容的改动情况。
所述系统中各个单元的功能和作用详见上述第一实施例的具体实现过程, 在此不再赘述。
另外, 本发明实施例还提供一种感知终端定制外观内容改动的方法, 该方 法的流程图如图 6所示, 所述方法包括
步骤 S61 : 终端接收到监控指定定制外观内容的设置命令;
步骤 S62: 根据所述设置命令监控并记录所述指定定制外观内容的改动信 息;
步骤 S63: 上报所述指定定制外观内容的改动。
本实施例的步骤 S61中, 当终端接收到服务器发送的监控指定定制外观内 容的设置命令, 其中所述设置命令包括监控事件和执行操作, 所述监控事件和 执行操作的详见上述,在此不再赘述。 所述终端接收到监控指定定制外观内容 的设置命令的方式, 至少包括下述一种: 在服务器与终端建立 OMA DM管理 会话后, 终端直接接收到服务器发送的监控指定定制外观内容的设置命令; 终 端与服务器建立 OMA DL会话, 在所述 DL会话中, 终端接收到服务器发送监 控定制外观内容的设置命令。 进一步, 在所述监控 LFC外观的设置命令在终端 上以 OMA DM设备管理树的方式组织时, 服务器可以与终端建立 OMA DM管 理会话(建立会话具体参见 OMA DM标准), 管理所述监控 LFC外观的设置命 令, 所述管理包括读取、 更改、 增加、 删除等。
可选的, 终端在接收到所述设置命令后, 安装所述设置命令, 并向服务器 反馈安装结果。
在步骤 S62中,终端在安装所述设置命令后,根据所述设置命令记录所述 监控指定定制外观内容的改动情况, 其具体过程为: 当终端监测到所述监控事 件发生时,则根据所述设置命令中的记录指示决定是否记录所述监控指定定制 外观内容的改动情况, 若该指示需要记录改所述指定定制外观内容的改动情 况, 包括指定定制外观内容标识和 /或发生改动的情况; 则记录; 否则, 不记 录。 然后, 终端根据所述设置命令的上报指示, 决定是否向服务器上报, 如果 上报指示需要上报,如果终端与服务器建立 OMADM连接, 则通过 OMADM Alert命令上报所述指定定制外观内容的改动情况; 否则不上报。 即步骤 S63。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种终端, 其结构示意图详见图 7, 所述终 端包括: 接收单元 71、 安装单元 72、 安装响应单元 73、 监控记录单元 74和发送 单元 75。其中,所述接收单元 71 ,用于接收监控指定定制外观内容的设置命令; 安装单元 72, 用于安装接收到的所述设置命令; 安装响应单元 73 , 用于反馈安 装单元 72的安装结果; 监控记录单元 74, 用于根据所述设置命令监控并记录所 述监控指定定制外观内容的改动; 发送单元 75, 用于发送所述记录监控指定定 制外观内容的改动。
需要说明的是, 图 7中的监控记录单元 74和图 5中的记录单元 55的功能相 同, 图 7中的发送单元 75和图 5中的发送子单元 563功能相同。
本实施例所述终端中各个单元的功能和作用详见上述实施例的实现过程, 在此不再赘述。
此外, 本发明实施例还提供一种感知终端定制外观内容改动的方法, 其结 构示意图详见图 8。 所述方法包括:
步骤 S81 : 服务器发送监控指定定制外观内容的设置命令, 设置终端监控 指定定制外观内容的改动;
步骤 S82: 获知所述终端监控指定定制外观内容的改动。
在本实施例步骤 S81中,服务器发送监控指定定制外观内容的设置命令的 方式包括: 服务器与终端建立 OMA DM管理会话(建立会话具体参见 OMA DM标准,在此不再描述),在建立管理会话后向终端下发更新已有的相应 MO 的 OMADM命令或下发增加新 MO的 OMADM命令; 和 /或, 终端与服务器 间建立 OMA DL会话 (建立会话具体参见 OMA DL标准, 在此不再描述;), 在 DL会话中服务器向终端发送监控 LFC外观的设置命令。
在步骤 S82中,服务器通过定制外观的内容管理对象操作来查询终端,并 根据查询结果获知所述终端指定定制外观内容的改动。也就是说,服务器与终 端建立 OMA DM管理会话后, (建立会话具体参见 OMA DM标准, 在此不再 描述 ),在建立管理会话后向终端下发读取指定 LFC外观改动情况的 OMADM 命令, 从而感知所述终端监控指定定制外观内容的改动。
相应的, 本发明实施例还提供一种服务器, 其结构示意图详见图 9。 所述 服务器包括: 设置监控单元 91和获知单元 92。 其中所述设置监控单元 91 , 用 于设置终端监控终端定制外观内容的改动; 所述获知单元 92, 用于获知所述 终端指定定制外观内容的改动。
所述设置监控单元 91 包括: 设置发送子单元 911 , 用于向终端发送监控 定制外观内容的设置命令, 设置终端; 监控子单元 912, 用于监控终端对所述 设置命令的安装结果。 所述获知单元 92 包括: 查询子单元 921 , 用于查询终 端所述记录指定定制外观内容的改动; 接收子单元 922, 用于接收终端上报的 所述指定定制外观内容的改动。
需要说明的是, 图 9中的设置发送子单元 911和图 5中的发送子单元 511 功能相同。
本实施例所述服务器中各个单元的功能和作用详见上述实施例的实现过 程, 在此不再赘述。
为了便于本领域技术人员的理解, 下面结合具体的实施例来说明本发明。 请参阅图 10, 为本发明第一实施例所述服务器在 LFC外观包中下发监控 LFC外观的设置命令的流程图。
在本实施例中, 服务器可以使用 OMA DM协议实现 LFC元素的下发和配 置, 具体下发和配置的过程为: 服务器和终端建立设备管理会话, 建立管理会 话后下发 OMA DM命令增加新的 LFC外观内容,然后通过对相应的 LFC外观内 容管理对象进行操作来实现 LFC外观的监控设置, 对 LFC外观内容管理对象的 操作包括: 替换 Replace, 更新 Exec等。 LFC外观内容管理对象中部分节点的设 计的示意图, 具体如图 11所示, 其中加黑部分为本发明需要设置的内容, 包括 LFC外观内容监控事件和 LFC外观内容执行操作, 但不限于此。 在发送的定制 外观内容中包括: LFC外观内容标识、 LFC外观具体内容、 监控事件和执行操 作。其中所述监控事件和执行操作是本发明需要设置的操作。 所述监控事件包 括: 激活、 去激活、 删除、 编辑和更换等定制外观标准管理操作事件; 所述执 行操作包括: 记录和上报。 其中记录主要是记录需要记录的信息, 即记录改动 标识、 记录发生改动的 LFC外观内容标识和记录改动的事件等; 上报操作只要 是将所述记录的信息上报, 比如上报到服务器等。
本实施例中所述监控 LFC外观的设置命令也可以基于 OMADL协议来实 现, 其实现方法为: 服务器下发下载描述符 ( Download Descriptor )文件, 在 该文件中指明服务器地址、 元素属性、 安装指令及安装后报告 ( Notification ) 的地址等, 然后 DL客户端向 Download Descriptor所指示的服务器请求下载 LFC元素, 下载完成后执行安装动作, 安装完成后向 Download Descriptor所 指示的 Notification报告地址报告安装结果。
还请参阅图 12 , 为本发明第二实施例所述服务器单独下发监控 LFC外观的 设置命令的示意图。
本实施例中,服务器可以使用 OMA DM协议实现监控 LFC外观的设置命令 的下发, 具体下发和配置的过程为: 服务器和终端建立设备管理会话, 建立管 理会话后下发 OMA DM命令增加一个新的 DiagMon/Trap (诊断监控 /陷阱)管 理对象, 然后通过对相应的 DiagMon/Trap管理对象进行操作来实现 LFC外观的 监控设置, 对 DiagMon/Trap管理对象的操作包括: Replace、 Exec等。
DiagMon/Trap管理对象中部分节点的设计如图 13所示, 其与图 11的不同之处 为, 在 DiagMon/Trap管理对象的操作中包括: DiagMon/Trap管理对象标识、 监 控事件和执行事件。所述监控事件和执行操作与图 11完全相同,在此不再赘述。 在该图 13中, 加黑部分为本发明需要设置的内容, 具体包括 LFC外观内容监控 事件和 LFC外观内容执行操作。
本实施例中的监控 LFC外观的设置命令也可以基于 OMA DL协议来实现, 其实现方法为: 服务器下发 Download Descriptor文件, 在文件中指明服务器地 址、 元素属性、 安装指令及安装后报告 Notification的地址等, 然后 DL客户端 向 Download Descriptor所指示的服务器请求下载 LFC元素, 下载完成后执行安 装动作, 安装完成后向 Download Descriptor所指示的 Notification报告地址报告 安装结果。
再请参阅图 14, 为本发明第三实施例所述终端记录指定 LFC外观改动信息 的示意图。
当终端检测到满足服务器定义的记录条件时,以管理对象的形式在终端管 理树上记录 LFC外观改动信息, 具体如图 14所示: 其中, 所述改动标识节点的 值, 可以使用布尔数据体系 (Boolean )值, 一个示例, 如果 True表示服务器 指定的 LFC外观改动事件发生, False表示服务器指定的 LFC外观改动事件没有 发生; 也可以使用字符串表示的注册事件名称或 ID; —个示例为 lfc-modification-event, 表示 LFC外观变动事件发生;
所述发生改动的 LFC外观内容标识节点的值,可以使用字符串表示的统一 资源标识符 URI值,一个示例如 ./LFC/Wallpaper/adjpg ,表示终端管理树上 URI 为 ./LFC/Wallpaper/adjpg位置的 LFC内容发生改动;
所述改动事件节点的值, 可以使用字符串表示的改动事件名称,一个示例 为 Deactivate, 表示指定的 LFC内容被去激活。
再请参阅图 15 , 为本发明第四实施例所述终端向服务器上报指定 LFC外观 的改动的流程图。
本实施例中, 服务器感知指定 LFC外观的改动, 具体感知的过程为: 首先 定义测试 Alert上报类型,用以通知服务器所上报信息的类型,上报信息的类型 定义示例如下:

在服务器与终端建立设备管理会话连接后, 终端使用 OMA DM Alert命令 向服务器上报 LFC外观改动信息, 终端向服务器上报 LFC外观内容的改动信息 的 DM消息实例如下: 从而使服务器获得终端上的 LFC外观内容改动信息。

服务器接收到终端的上报信息后, 获知终端发生 LFC外观改动事件; 服务 器下发 OMA DM命令, 查询 LFC外观内容改动信息管理对象的详细信息; 终端 通过 OMA DM命令向服务器返回 LFC外观内容改动信息管理对象的内容。服务 器获得终端上的 LFC外观内容改动信息。
还请参阅图 17 , 为本发明第六实施例所述服务器查询获知指定 LFC外观的 改动的流程图。
如图所示, 在本实施例中, 服务器感知指定 LFC外观的改动, 具体感知的 过程为: 在服务器和终端建立设备管理会话连接后, 服务器下发 OMA DM命 令, 查询 LFC外观内容改动信息管理对象; 终端通过 OMA DM命令向服务器返 回 LFC外观内容改动信息管理对象的内容。 服务器获得终端上的 LFC外观内容 改动信息。
还请参阅图 18 , 为本发明第七实施例所述服务器激活指定的 LFC定制外 观包的流程图。 如图所示, 在激活 LFC定制外观包时, 应该先去激活原来处于 激活状态的 LFC定制外观包。
在本实施例中, 以终端的全部定制外观元素集合包括墙纸、 铃音、 屏保 为例, 说明服务器激活指定的 LFC外观包的具体实现过程, 包括:
a)终端原来激活的 LFC外观包中包括定制的墙纸、 铃音;
b)服务器和终端建立设备管理会话, 建立管理会话后服务器下发 OMA DM命令, 激活另一个只包括屏幕保护的 LFC外观包。
c)终端去激活原来激活的 LFC外观包, 将墙纸、 铃音恢复到出厂设置; d)终端激活服务器指定的 LFC外观包, 将 LFC外观包中的屏幕保护激活; e)终端向服务器报告激活结果。
由上述公开的技术方案可知,当终端接收到监控指定定制外观内容的设置 命令时, 所述命令包括监控事件和执行操作等。根据所述设置命令中的记录指 示决定是否记录所述终端监控指定定制外观内容的改动情况,并根据所述设置 命令中的上报指示上报所述记录的指定定制外观的内容的改变情况, 和 /或服 务器查询终端所述记录的指定定制外观的内容的改变情况,从而使服务器能感 知终端的指定定制外观内容的改变情况,以便于根据所述改变的情况进行相应 的处理。 比如,根据终端指定定制外观内容的改变情况实施例制定计费策略的 需要等。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种感知终端定制外观内容改动的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取由终端记录的定制外观内容的改动信息 ,
根据所述获取的改动信息获知定制外观内容的改动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取由终端记录的定 制外观内容的改动信息之前还包括:
向终端发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令,设置终端监控定制外观内容的 改动。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述监控定制外观内容的 设置命令包括: 监控事件命令和执行操作命令; 其中,
所述监控事件命令为服务器指示终端监控指定的定制外观内容发生的改 动的命令, 所述指定的定制外观内容包括: 指定定制外观包和指定定制外观元 素的设置; 所述发生的改动指发生定制外观标准管理操作事件;
所述执行操作命令为服务器指示终端在所述指定的定制外观内容发生改 动时釆取操作的命令, 包括: 记录操作命令和上报操作命令; 所述记录操作命 令表示终端是否要记录所述指定的定制外观内容的改动情况及需要记录的信 息;所述上报操作命令表示终端是否需要向服务器上报所述指定的定制外观内 容的改动情况, 及上 服务器的地址信息。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向终端发送监控定制 外观内容的设置命令包括:
直接将监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端; 或者,
通过定制外观内容将监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述直接将监控定制外观 内容的设置命令发送给终端包括:
与终端建立开发移动联盟设备管理会话,在建立管理会话后向终端下发更 新对应管理对象或新增对应管理对象的开发移动联盟设备管理会话命令;或者 与终端建立开发移动联盟下载协议会话,在所述下载协议会话中服务器将 所述监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述通过定制外观内容将 监控定制外观内容的设置命令发送给终端包括:
与终端建立开发移动联盟设备管理会话,在建立管理会话后向终端下发携 带定制外观内容及所述设置命令的开发移动联盟设备管理会话命令; 或者 与终端建立开发移动联盟下载协议会话,在所述下载协议会话中服务器将 定制外观内容及所述设置命令发送给终端。
7、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述监控定制外观内 容的设置命令在终端上以设备管理树的方式组织时,服务器与终端建立开发移 动联盟设备管理会话, 管理所述监控定制外观内容的设置命令。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端记录的定制 外观内容的改动信息, 包括: 定制外观内容的标识和 /或改动情况。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述定制外观内容的改动 信息由终端在开发移动联盟设备管理树上保存。
10、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取由终端记录 的定制外观内容的改动信息包括:
接收由终端主动上报的所述定制外观内容的改动信息; 或者
向终端下发查询请求,接收终端根据所述查询请求返回的所述定制外观内 容的改动信息。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述向终端下发查询请 求, 接收终端根据所述查询请求返回的所述定制外观内容的改动信息包括: 与终端建立开发移动联盟设备管理会话, 在建立管理会话后下发读取所 述定制外观内容的改动信息的开发移动联盟设备管理的命令;
接收终端通过开发移动联盟设备管理的命令反馈的所述定制外观内容的 改动信息。
12、 一种系统, 其特征在于, 包括终端和服务器:
所述终端包括: 记录单元, 用于记录终端定制外观内容的改动信息; 发送子单元, 用于发送所述记录单元记录的改动信息;
所述服务器包括获知单元, 用于获取所述终端记录的所述改动信息后,根 据所述改动信息获知定制外观内容的改动。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务器还包括: 设置监控单元, 用于向终端发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令,设置终端 监控定制外观内容的改动。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述设置监控单元包括: 发送子单元, 用于发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令,设置终端监控定制 外观内容的改动;
监控子单元, 用于在所述设置发送子单元发送所述设置命令后,监控终端 对所述设置命令的安装结果。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述获知单元包括: 接收子单元, 用于接收终端发送的所述定制外观内容的改动信息,根据所 述改动信息获知定制外观内容的改动。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述获知单元还包括: 查询子单元,用于向终端发送查询所述记录的定制外观内容的改动信息的 请求;
所述接收子单元接收终端根据所述查询请求返回的所述定制外观内容的 改动信息。
17、 根据权利要求 12至 16任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端还 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收所述服务器发送的监控定制外观内容的设置命令; 所述记录单元根据所述接收单元接收的所述设置命令监控并记录定制外 观内容的改动信息。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 安装单元,用于在所述接收单元接收所述设置命令后,安装所述设置命令; 安装响应单元, 用于向所述服务器反馈安装单元的安装结果;
所述记录单元在所述安装单元安装所述设置命令后,根据所述设置命令记 录终端定制外观内容的改动信息。
19、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
监控记录单元, 用于监控并记录定制外观内容的改动信息;
发送单元, 用于发送所述记录的定制外观内容的改动信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 接收单元, 用于接收监控定制外观内容的设置命令;
所述监控记录单元根据所述接收单元接收的所述设置命令监控并记录定 制外观内容的改动信息。
21、 根据权利要求 20所述的终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端还包括: 安装单元,用于在所述接收单元接收所述设置命令后,安装所述设置命令; 安装响应单元, 用于反馈安装单元的安装结果;
所述监控记录单元在所述安装单元安装所述设置命令后,根据所述设置命 令监控并记录定制外观内容的改动信息。
22、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
获知单元, 用于获取终端记录的定制外观内容的改动信息,根据所述获取 的改动信息获知定制外观内容的改动。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括:
设置监控单元, 用于向终端发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令,设置终端 监控定制外观内容的改动。
24、 根据权利要求 23所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述设置监控单元包 括:
设置发送子单元, 用于向终端发送监控定制外观内容的设置命令,设置终 端监控定制外观内容的改动;
监控子单元, 用于在所述设置发送子单元发送所述设置命令后,监控终端 对所述设置命令的安装结果。
25、 根据权利要求 22至 24任一项所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述获知 单元包括:
接收子单元, 用于接收终端发送的所述定制外观内容的改动信息,根据所 述改动信息获知定制外观内容的改动。
26、 根据权利要求 25所述的服务器, 其特征在于, 所述获知单元还包括: 查询子单元,用于向终端发送查询所述记录的定制外观内容的改动信息的 请求;
所述接收子单元接收终端根据所述查询请求返回的所述定制外观内容的 改动信息。
