顶部支撑装置 技术领域 本实用新型是关于一种应用于帐篷或遮阳篷的顶部支撑装置。 背景技术 帐篷或遮阳篷是户外常备使用的休闲用品。而对于较大型的帐篷 或遮阳篷, 由于体积较大、 重量较大, 在撑开时需要多人方可顺利将 帐篷或遮阳篷撑开。 于是便出现了各种结构的支撑结构, 其都是向着 便于展开的结构进行设计。 实用新型内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种便于帐篷或遮阳篷打开的顶部 支撑装置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的解决方案是:一种顶部支撑结构, 其包括一枢接篷顶杆的连接座、 一滑座、 一弹性伸缩杆、 一固定座及 一组连接杆;弹性伸缩杆是置于滑座上部中,下端是丁员靠在固定座上, 而滑座的上部可活动伸置于连接座中; 固定座是径向穿过滑座与连接 座连接固定; 连接杆的两端是分别枢接在滑座及篷顶杆上。
所述连接座侧面分别形成有枢接篷顶杆的 区接槽,而在连接座中 部形成有通孔, 且通孔两侧轴向设有连接孔。

所述滑座上部形成一沉腔套,其下部侧面分别形成有枢接连接杆 的枢接槽, 同时在滑座沉腔套中部的相对侧壁向下延伸形成两缺槽。
所述弹性伸缩杆为一内外套杆,二者之间是通过弹簧或气虹形成 进行组合。
所述固定座为一宽度对应上述缺槽宽度的长形板体,其两端设有 连接孔。
采用上述方案后, 由于本实用新型的顶部支撑装置, 是通过对篷 顶杆的受力使其集中靠合时对置于固定座与滑座之间的弹性伸缩杆 进行压缩, 再通过释放受力篷顶杆, 令弹性伸缩杆伸长的同时推顶滑 座相对固定座上移, 并通过连接杆的辅助功能而将篷顶杆推开, 以此 实现辅助展开帐篷或遮阳篷的功能,从而令大型帐篷或遮阳篷在展开 时, 该结构具有一辅助展开的功能, 方便易行。 附图说明 图 1是本实用新型实施例 1的立体分解图;

图 7是本实用新型实施例 3的收合示意图。 具体实施方式 如图 1所示,本实用新型的帐篷或遮阳篷顶部支撑装置的实施例 1 , 其包括一连接座 1、 一滑座 2、 一弹性伸缩杆 3、 一固定座 4、 四 支篷顶杆 5及四支连接杆 6;
连接座 1侧面四个方向分别形成有枢接槽 11, 而在连接座 1 中 心形成一通孔 12, 另在通孔 12的侧面轴向设有二个连接孔 13; 滑座 2其上部形成一沉腔套 21 , 其下部侧面四个方向分别形成 有枢接槽 22, 同时在滑座 2沉腔套 21的中部相对侧壁向下延伸形成 两缺槽 23;
弹性伸缩杆 3为一内外套杆,二者之间是通过弹簧或气缸形成进 行组合, 以便内杆 31可缩至于外杆 32中, 而正常状态, 内杆 31是 被顶推于外杆 32之外;
固定座 4为一宽度对应上述缺槽 23宽度的长形板体, 其两端设 有连接孔 41。
配合各图所示, 组合时, 弹性伸缩杆 3是置于滑座 2的沉腔套 21中, 而固定座 4是穿过滑座 2的缺槽 23后, 连接钉 7穿过其上的 连接孔 41与连接座 1的连接孔 13后将两者连接固定,而弹性伸缩杆 3的下端是顶靠在固定座 4上, 以此将弹性伸缩杆 3置于固定座 4与 连接座 1之间, 此时滑座 2的上部是活动伸置于连接座 1的通孔 12 中; 四支篷顶杆 5的一端是分别枢接在连接座 1的枢接槽 11中, 四 支连接杆 6的一端是枢接在滑座 2的枢接槽 22中, 另一端是枢接在 篷顶杆 5的枢接座 51上, 以此形成帐篷或遮阳篷顶部支撑装置。
实施时, 如图 2、 3所示, 正常帐篷或遮阳篷在收合状态时, 各 篷顶杆 5是受力集中靠合在一起,此时的连接杆 6是与滑座 2呈平行 靠合状态, 则滑座 2是受力相对连接座 1向下移动, 此时固定座 4会 相对移至滑座 2缺槽 23的上端, 则固定座 4相对滑座 2上部的距离 缩短, 则位于沉腔套 21 中的弹性伸缩杆 3的内杆 31是压缩于外杆 32之中而处于压缩蓄能状态; 当欲展开帐篷或遮阳篷时, 松释对篷 顶杆 5的集中受力, 使其处于幹放状态, 则滑座 2会在弹性伸缩杆 3 内杆 31的顶推下沿着固定座 4向连接座 1方向滑动, 则滑座 2上部 会凸伸于连接座 1的通孔 12的上部, 由于连接杆 6与滑座 2及篷顶 杆 5的枢接关系 , 则在滑座 2上移的过程中, 即可将篷顶杆 5向外推 开, 以此实现辅助展开帐篷或遮阳篷的功能, 待滑座 2上移至固定座 4顶靠的位置时, 帐篷或遮阳篷即可完全展开。
如图 4、 5所示, 本实用新型的帐篷或遮阳篷顶部支撑装置的实 施例 2, 其与实施例 1的主要区别是在于: 滑座 2在连接座 1中的行 程为连接座 1的高度,因而滑座 2在整个运动过程中是不会突伸于通 孔 12上部之外。
如此再配合图 6、 7所示, 本实用新型的帐篷或遮阳篷顶部支撑 装置的实施例 3, 其与实施例 1的主要区别是在于: 在连接座 1中部 自下向上形成有容置滑座 1上部的沉孔 12,, 另在通孔 12, 的侧面轴 向设有二个连接孔 13 , 实施时, 滑座 2在连接座 1 中的行程为连接 座 1的沉孔 12, 的高度, 如此该连接座 1的顶部不会出现积水或积 尘的现象, 而同样可以实现辅助展开帐篷或遮阳篷的功能。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种顶部支撑装置, 其特征在于: 包括一枢接篷顶杆的连接 座、 一滑座、 一弹性伸縮杆、 一固定座及一组连接杆; 弹性伸缩杆是 置于滑座上部中, 下端是顶靠在固定座上, 而滑座的上部可活动伸置 于连接座中; 固定座是径向穿过滑座与连接座连接固定; 连接杆的两 端是分别枢接在滑座及篷顶杆上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的顶部支撑装置, 其特征在于: 连接座侧 面分别形成有枢接篷顶杆的枢接槽, 而在连接座中部形成有通孔,且 通孔两侧轴向设有连接孔。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的顶部支撑装置, 其特征在于: 连接座侧 面分别形成有枢接篷顶杆的枢接槽,而在连接座中部自下向上形成有 容置滑座的沉孔, 且在沉孔两侧轴向设有连接孔。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的顶部支撑装置, 其特征在于: 滑座上部 形成一沉腔套, 其下部侧面分别形成有枢接连接杆的枢接槽, 同时在 滑座沉腔套中部的相对侧壁向下延伸形成两缺槽。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的顶部支撑装置, 其特征在于: 弹性伸缩 杆为一内外套杆, 二者之间是通过弹簧或气缸形成进行组合。
6、 如权利要求 1或 4所述的顶部支撑装置, 其特征在于: 固定 座为一宽度对应上述缺槽宽度的长形板体, 其两端设有连接孔。
