一种帐篷顶部展收机构，其包括一枢接篷顶杆的连接座、一枢接连接件并相对连接座上下移动的滑座及弹性伸缩件；连接件的另一端是枢接于篷顶杆上；其中连接座的中部向下延伸一容置弹性伸缩件的容座；而滑座上部形成一外径大于容座外径的沉座，一栓杆自滑座的下方向上依次穿过滑座、容座的下端并穿过弹性伸缩件后与栓帽锁接在一起。通过在连接座上设置容座，将弹性伸缩件容置于此容座中，并借助一栓杆及栓帽即可实现压缩弹性伸缩件及带动滑座的上下移动，滑座再借助连接杆而带动篷顶杆收展，满足辅助展开帐篷的功能，因此结构更加简洁、简单，且外观整体性佳，并且容置弹性伸缩件的容座侧壁无需打孔或形成缺槽，可有效保证产品的强度及使用寿命。

Description

帐篷顶部展收机构 技术领域
本发明涉及旅游或野营用品的部件，特别是指一种帐篷顶部展收机构。
背景技术
帐篷或遮阳篷是户外常备使用的休闲用品。而对于较大型的帐篷或遮阳篷，由于体积较大、重量较大，在撑开时需要多人方可顺利将帐篷或遮阳篷撑开。于是便出现了各种结构的支撑结构，其都是向着便于展开的结构进行设计。
因此便出现了便于展开的帐篷或遮阳篷顶部支撑装置，如图1至图3所示，其包括一设有枢接槽11'的连接座1'、一相对连接座1'上下移动的滑座2'、一位于滑座2'中的弹性伸缩件3'及一横向穿过滑座2'的缺槽23'而限位弹性伸缩件3'的固定板4；此固定板4'的两端由连接钉7'连接于连接座1'上；各篷顶杆5'分别枢接于上述枢接槽11'中，各篷顶杆5'上分别枢接有一连接杆6'，连接杆6'的另一端枢接于滑座2'下部的枢接座22'中。如图3所示，正常帐篷或遮阳篷在收合状态时，各篷顶杆5'是受力集中靠合在一起，连接杆6'与滑座2'平行靠合，滑座2'受力相对连接座1'向下移动，则固定板4'会相对移至滑座2'缺槽23'的上端，缩短相对滑座2'的距离，此时滑座2'中的弹性伸缩件3'处于压缩蓄能状态；当欲展开帐篷或遮阳篷时，松释对篷顶杆5'的集中受力，滑座2'会在弹性伸缩杆3'的顶推下沿着固定极4'向连接座1'方向滑动，滑座2'上部会凸伸于连接座1'的上部，由于连接杆6'与滑座2'及篷顶杆5'的枢接关系，在滑座2'上移的过程中，即可将篷顶杆5'向外推开，以此实现辅助展开帐篷或遮阳篷的功能，待滑座2'上移至固定板4'顶靠的位置时，帐篷或遮阳篷即可完全展开。
但是该结构的帐篷顶部支撑装置却存在诸多缺陷：限位弹性伸缩件的固定板需要横向穿过滑座，则在滑座上需要开设缺槽，如此不仅影响滑座的强度，而且影响其外观的的整体性及美观；另外固定板需要至少两个连接钉连接，并且是设置于滑座外部，因此会有部件繁杂，机构分散等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简洁、简单且外观整体性好及寿命佳的帐篷顶部展收机构。
为实现上述目的，本发明的解决方案是：
一种帐篷顶部展收机构，其包括一枢接篷顶杆的连接座、一枢接连接件并相对连接座上下移动的滑座及弹性伸缩件；连接件的另一端是枢接于篷顶杆上；其中：连接座的中部向下延伸一容置弹性伸缩件的容座；而滑座上部形成一外径大于容座外径的沉座，一栓杆自滑座的下方向上依次穿过滑座、容座的下端并穿过弹性伸缩件后与栓帽锁接在一起。
所述弹性伸缩杆为弹簧或气缸。
所述滑座的下端设有连接帐篷篷布的固定部。
所述栓帽的外径小于容座的内径而大于弹性伸缩件的外径。
采用上述方案后，由于本发明通过在连接座上设置容座，而将弹性伸缩件容置于此容座中，并借助一栓杆及栓帽即可实现压缩弹性伸缩件及带动滑座的上下移动，滑座再借助连接杆而带动篷顶杆收展，满足辅助展开帐篷的功能，因此本发明的结构更加简洁、简单，且外观整体性佳，并且容置弹性伸缩件的容座侧壁无需打孔或形成缺槽，因而可有效保证产品的强度及使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图4至图7A所示，本发明揭示了一种帐篷顶部展收机构，包括一连接座1、一活动置于连接座1上的滑座2及弹性伸缩件3；
该连接座1的周缘均布有枢接槽11，此实施例是以四个枢接槽11为例进行说明，枢接槽11用于连接篷顶杆5；连接座1的中部向下延伸一容座12以容置弹性伸缩件3，而此容座12的敞口位于连接座1的顶端。
滑座2上部形成一外径大于上述容座12外径的沉座21，在滑座2下部周缘亦设有枢接槽22，此枢接槽22是用于枢接支撑篷顶杆6的连接杆6的一端，而连接杆6的另一端是枢接于篷顶杆5上；
弹性伸缩杆3可为弹簧或气缸，由一栓杆7配合栓帽4而限位于连接座1的容座12中，螺杆7下端是靠弹力顶住栓帽4带动螺杆7使其贴住滑座2。
另在滑座2的下端形成有固定部23以便连接帐篷篷布。
配合各图所示，组合时，弹性伸缩件3是置于连接座1的容座12中，而滑座2自容座12的下方向上套置于容座12上，此时将栓杆7自滑座2的下方向上依次穿过滑座2、容座12的下端并穿过弹性伸缩件3后与栓帽4锁接在一起，栓帽4的外径小于容座12的内径而大于弹性伸缩件3的外径，此时的弹性伸缩件3被栓帽4限位于的容座12中，之后将各篷顶杆5与连接座1、连接杆6枢接在一起，而连接杆6再与滑座2枢接在一起，如此便构成一帐篷顶部展收机构。
如图5、5A所示，弹性伸缩件3处于常态时，即帐篷处于展开状态时，此时的滑座2的沉座21是套置在连接座1的容座12上，即滑座2与连接座1之间的距离最短。
实施时，如图7、7A所示，正常帐篷在收合状态时，各篷顶杆5是受力集中靠合在一起，此时的连接杆6是与滑座2及容座12呈平行靠合状态，而滑座2是脱离与容座12的配合而位于容座12的下方，栓杆7受滑座2牵引连带栓帽4相对连接座1呈相对下移的位置，则弹性伸缩件3在栓帽4的压迫下处于压缩蓄能状态；
如图6、6A所示，当欲展开帐篷时，松释对篷顶杆5的集中受力，使其处于释放状态，栓帽4在弹性伸缩件3复位力的作用下，拉动栓杆7向上移动，与此同时带动滑座2相对连接座1向上移动，由于连接杆6与滑座2及篷顶杆5的枢接关系，则在滑座2上移的过程中，即可将篷顶杆5向外推开，配合图5、5A所示，以此实现辅助展开帐篷的功能。
综上，本发明是通过在连接座1上设置容座12，而将弹性伸缩件3容置于此容座12中，并借助一栓杆7及栓帽4即可实现压缩弹性伸缩件3及带动滑座2的上下移动，滑座2再借助连接杆6
而带动篷顶杆5收展，满足辅助展开帐篷的功能，因此本发明的结构更加简洁、简单，且外观整体性佳，并且容置弹性伸缩件3的容座12侧壁无需打孔或形成缺槽，因而可有效保证产品的强度及使用寿命。

Claims (4)

1、一种帐篷顶部展收机构，其包括一枢接篷顶杆的连接座、一枢接连接件并相对连接座上下移动的滑座及弹性伸缩件；连接件的另一端是枢接于篷顶杆上；其特征在于：连接座的中部向下延伸一容置弹性伸缩件的容座；而滑座上部形成一外径大于容座外径的沉座，一栓杆自滑座的下方向上依次穿过滑座、容座的下端并穿过弹性伸缩件后与栓帽锁接在一起。
2、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部展收机构，其特征在于：所述弹性伸缩杆为弹簧或气缸。
3、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部展收机构，其特征在于：所述滑座的下端设有连接帐篷篷布的固定部。
4、如权利要求1所述的帐篷顶部展收机构，其特征在于：所述栓帽的外径小于容座的内径而大于弹性伸缩件的外径。
