Abstract

 予め多孔質化された2以上の部材を接着剤等により接着させる方法ではなく、多孔質化処理によって、所望の領域において物性が異なる多孔質体を製造する方法を提供する。重合体と原料調製用溶媒とを含む原料を調製する。前記原料は、異なる組成の原料を少なくとも2種類以上調製する。そして、前記各原料を所望の形状となるように凍結して、前記各原料の凍結体を形成する。形成した凍結体同士を接触させ、前記凍結体の集合体を形成し、前記集合体を、前記凍結体の溶融が開始される条件下に曝した後、前記集合体を凍結乾燥する。これによって、物性が異なる領域を有する多孔質体を得ることができる。このような多孔質体は、例えば、癒着防止材や細胞培養等の足場材料として使用できる。
