Abstract

On vise à proposer une mousse de polyuréthane souple qui a une excellente capacité de stockage et est excellente en ce qui concerne à la fois la perméabilité à l'air et la sensation de formation de trous borgnes qui sont incompatibles entre elles. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur une composition de polyisocyanate pour mousse de polyuréthane souple qui est obtenue par conduite d'une réaction de formation d'uréthane de MDI pur (i) avec un polyol (ii) dans une quantité au moins équimolaire et mélange du produit obtenu avec un MDI polymère (iii), les exigences suivantes étant satisfaites : (2,2'-MDI + 2,4'-MDI)/MDI = 60 à 90 % en masse ; MDI/((i) + (iii)) = 50 à 90 % en masse ; (ii-1) : (ii-2) = 20 à 40 % en masse : 80 à 60 % en masse, à la condition que (ii-1) soit un polyéther polyol ayant un Mn de 1 000 à 10 000, une fonctionnalité moyenne de 2 à 8, et une teneur en motif répétitif oxyéthylène de 70 % en moles ou au-dessus, et que (ii-2) soit un polyéther polyol ayant une Mn de 1 000 à 10 000, une fonctionnalité moyenne de 2 à 8, et une teneur en motif répétitif oxypropylène de 80 % en moles ou plus.
