Ledit dispositif comporte également au moins deux moyens pour former des plis latéraux dans le film tubulaire, ces moyens étant disposés entre les éléments de guidage de film (13) et présentant entre eux un écartement s'effilant dans le sens de transport (Z) du film tubulaire. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que des moyens de limitation latérale (40) peuvent être posés latéralement contre le film tubulaire déjà en grande partie aplati.
