Abstract

 試料溶液の尿素濃度を測定する尿素濃度測定方法であって、電気分解により系中で発生した次亜ハロゲン酸イオンと尿素とが反応することにより生じた化学発光を計測して尿素濃度を定量することを特徴とする。このような尿素濃度測定方法を提供することによって、電気分解により系中で次亜ハロゲン酸イオンを生じさせることができるため、刺激性を有する次亜ハロゲン酸塩を直接ハンドリングする必要がなく、コスト的にメリットがある。
