Abstract

본 발명은 하나의 화학물(측정목표물질)과 다른 화학물(반응물질)과의 화학적 반응 결과를 광학적 또는 전기화학적 방법으로 측정함에 있어, 시간의 흐름에 따른 카이네틱 변화 정보를 이용하여 측정을 하고자하는 측정목표물질의 특징값(농도, 무게, 부피 등)을 추정하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 화학적 반응의 결과가 시간의 흐름에 따라 따른 광학적 또는 전기화학적 변화로 나타나는 측정목표물질의 특징값에 대한 카이네틱 변화 정보와 상기 측정목표물질의 특징값과의 상관관계를 통계적으로 수용될만한 규모의 수많은 시료 샘플로부터 미리 확보하고, 이를 이용하여 새로운 시료에 대한 측정목표물질의 특징값을 추정 및 계산하는 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 측정 대상의 카이네틱(Kinetic) 변화 정보를 이용한 오차 보정 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 제1 물질의 특징(농도, 함량 또는 함유량 등)에 대한 카이네틱 변화 정보, 상기 카이네틱 변화 정보와 제2 물질의 특징값 간의 상관관계 및 상기 제2 물질의 특징값과 상기 제1 물질의 특징에 대한 측정 오차 사이의 상관관계를 이용하여, 상기 제1 물질의 특징값을 보정하기 위한 오차 보정 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
