Abstract

 電源投入時のキャリブレーション動作を要することなく、ノイズによる影響を小さくでき、受光システムのSN比を向上することが可能な液晶表示装置を提供する。表示回路210を有する複数の表示セル21と、受光素子221を含む受光セル22と、受光セルと等価な構成を有し、受光素子221への光の入射が遮断されている参照セル23と、受光セル22の出力信号と参照セル23の出力信号との差分信号処理を行ってノイズを除去する受光信号処理回路6とを有する。
