Abstract

 生着および修復能に優れた生体組織補填材を提供し、そのような生体組織補填材を簡易に製造することができる製造方法を提供する。ゼラチンからなる多孔質担体の表面に、硫酸化ヒアルロン酸からなるコーティングを施した生体組織補填材を提供する。また、ゼラチンからなる多孔質担体に硫酸化ヒアルロン酸溶液を滴下して含浸させるステップ(S3)と、硫酸化ヒアルロン酸溶液が含浸された多孔質担体を凍結させるステップ(S4)と、凍結した多孔質担体を乾燥させるステップ(S5)とを含む生体組織補填材の製造方法を提供する。
