Abstract

【課題】　商用交流電源が非接続になったことを即座に検出する。 【解決手段】　商用交流電源に接続また非接続状態されるコンセント１０の両端にコンデンサ２４が接続されている。このコンデンサ２４の両端が直流電源回路８の入力端子８ＩＮ－１、８ＩＮ－２間に接続されている。コンデンサ２４の両端間にハイパスフィルタ２１を介してホトカプラー１６の発光ダイオード１６Ｌが接続されている。コンセント１０が商用交流電源に非接続となると、コンデンサ２４の放電電流をハイパスフィルタ２１が急速に遮断し、発光ダイオード１６Ｌを急速に発光停止させる。
