Abstract

　ハニカム基材１０の一方の端部（第一の端部）１３を、目封止用スラリー２０を振動させながら目封止用スラリー２０に浸漬し、セル１２ａ内部を負圧にした後、セル１２ａ内部を大気圧に戻し、目封止用スラリー２０を振動させ、セル１２ａの第一の開口端部に目封止用スラリー２０を浸入させ、セル１２ａの第一の開口端部に浸入した目封止用スラリー２０を乾燥させ、第一の端部に第一の目封止部１９を形成する目封止工程を備える目封止ハニカム構造体の製造方法。
