Abstract

　表示パネル（１）には行方向に複数の走査選択線（Ｈ１～Ｈ３）が配列され、列方向に複数のデータ線（Ｆ１～Ｆ３）、ならびに電流供給線（Ｇ１～Ｇ３）が配列されている。前記各線の交点位置には、発光素子（Ｅ）と、前記発光素子を点灯駆動する符号Ｔ１で示す駆動用ＴＦＴと、前記駆動用ＴＦＴのゲート電圧を制御する符号Ｔ２で示す制御用ＴＦＴと、前記駆動用ＴＦＴのゲート電圧を一時的に保持するコンデンサ（Ｃ）からなる複数の画素が配置されている。 前記各電流供給線（Ｇ１～Ｇ３）に接続されて点灯駆動される画素数に応じて、電流供給線に供給される駆動電流値を制御する定電流源（Ｉ１～Ｉ３）と電流値制御回路（２ｃ）からなる電流値制御手段が備えられている。
