Abstract

　処理デバイスの温度上昇による故障や誤動作を防止し、クロスコネクト処理を安定して実行する場合に適用すること。この課題を解決するために、分割／結合部（１３１）は、スイッチカード（１３０）に入力されるＳＴＳ－１を複数のビット列に分割し、配分決定部（１３５）によって決定された配分で各ビット列をＴＳＩ部（１３２－１、１３２－２）へ出力する。ＴＳＩ部（１３２－１、１３２－２）は、ビット列に対してタイムスロット交換を含むクロスコネクト処理を行う。温度測定部（１３３－１、１３３－２）は、それぞれＴＳＩ部（１３２－１、１３２－２）の温度を測定する。配分決定部（１３５）は、温度の測定結果を所定の閾値と比較し、分割／結合部（１３１）からＴＳＩ部（１３２－１、１３２－２）へ出力するビット列の配分を決定する。
