Abstract
糖化蛋白質由来の糖化ヘキサペプチドを簡便な操作で迅速に精度よく測定できる方法及び測定用試薬を提供する。
糖化蛋白質由来の糖化ヘキサペプチドを含む試料に微生物由来の糖化ヘキサペプチドオキシダーゼを60分間以下の時間作用させ、その生成物又は消費物を測定することにより、試料中の糖化ヘキサペプチドを測定する。この測定方法により、糖化ヘモグロビン等の糖化蛋白質からプロテアーゼ処理等により遊離させた糖化蛋白質由来の糖化ヘキサペプチドを簡便かつ精度よく測定することができる。
