Abstract

 通気性に優れる軟質又は半硬質ポリウレタンフォーム製造用の触媒組成物及びそれを用いるポリウレタンフォーム製造方法を提供する。  (A)下記一般式(1)で表されるアミン化合物と、(B)下記一般式(2)及び/又は下記一般式(3)で表されるアミン化合物を含有し、(A)/(B)の重量比が95/5~5/95の範囲であることを特徴とする。 [上記一般式(1)中、Aは酸素原子又はメチル基が1つ結合した窒素原子を示し、R1はメチル基又はヒドロキシエチル基を示す。]   [上記一般式(2)及び一般式(3)中、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6及びR7は各々独立して水素原子又は炭素数1~6の飽和又は不飽和の炭化水素基を示し、R8は水素原子、メチル基、メトキシ基、水酸基、アミノ基、モノメチルアミノ基、モノエチルアミノ基、又はジメチルアミノ基を示す。aは1~4の整数を示し、m、nは各々独立して0~4の整数を示す。  但し、R1、R2及びR5から選ばれる1又は2以上の置換基が水素原子でない場合、R8はアミノ基、モノメチルアミノ基、又はモノエチルアミノ基を示す。また、R1~R8のいずれか2つの置換基が炭素原子、酸素原子又は窒素原子を介し任意に結合してヘテロ環を形成していてもよい。]
