Abstract

L'invention vise à proposer une lampe fluorescente de type compact ayant huit tubes ou plus utilisant du mercure liquide. La lampe fluorescente est apte à diminuer la température au voisinage de sa base par la formation d'une partie au niveau de la partie d'extrémité avant d'un tube émettant de la lumière telle qu'elle devient la plus basse d'environ 50°C au temps d'éclairage. La lampe fluorescente de type compact a huit tubes émettant de la lumière en forme de U ou plus mais ne régule pas la pression de vapeur de mercure. La lampe fluorescente est caractérisée par le fait que la crête d'au moins l'un des tubes en forme de U a une section telle qu'elle est plus large au voisinage de la fourche du tube en forme de U et qu'elle converge de la partie la plus large vers la partie d'extrémité avant de la crête, et par le fait que la dimension interne axialement (L1) de la crête et la dimension interne axialement (L2) entre la partie plus large proche de la fourche du tube en forme de U et la partie d'extrémité avant de la crête satisfont : 11 £ L1 £ 17 (en unité de [mm]) (1) ; et L1-7 £ L2 £ L1-2 (en unité de [mm]) (2).
