Abstract

 簡略な構成により入射光束と走査光束とを光走査装置を中心にしてほぼ対称に位置させることにより、光走査装置を組み込む装置の設計自由度を拡大させる。  反射面を有する振動ミラー部2と、振動ミラー部2を保持する枠部3とを備え、入射光束13を前記反射面により反射して走査光束14に変換する光走査装置1において、第1の反射面10と第2の反射面11とが略V字形状の傾斜面に配置された反射部6を更に備え、第1の反射面10は、入射光束13を反射して振動ミラー部2に出射し、第2の反射面11は、前記振動ミラー部2から反射された反射光を入射して走査光束14として出射する光走査装置となる。
