Abstract

Untersuchungslicht L wird in ein Objekt 1 gesendet. Das Untersuchungslicht L wird nach Durchlaufen des Objekts 2 als Laser-Speckle I detektiert. Ein fokussierter Ultraschallpuls U mit einigen Hundert Oszillationen wird in das Objekt 1 gesendet und dessen akustische Strahlkraft (engl. acoustic radiation force) führt zu Scherung im Objekt 1. Als Folge der Scherung im Objekt 1 ändert sich das detektierte Speckle I. Aus der Korrelation des Speckle I werden Informationen für einen Bildpunkt zur Abbildung der optischen und mechanischen Eigenschaften des Objekts 1 erhalten.
