Abstract
A high-frequency circuit includes: a first amplification circuit (3) having a first input terminal, a first node which non-reversely amplifies an input signal for output, and a second node which reversely amplifies the input signal for output; a second amplification circuit (4) having a second input terminal, a third node which non-reversely amplifies the input signal for output, and a fourth node which reversely amplifies the input signal for output; a first addition circuit (9) which adds the outputs from the first and the fourth node and outputs the addition result; and a second addition circuit (10) which adds the outputs from the second and the third node and outputs the addition result. Each of the amplification circuits (3, 4) includes a transistor having a gate electrode connected to the first or the second input terminal, a first two-terminal circuit having one terminal connected to the source of the transistor and the first or the third node and the other terminal connected to a first reference potential of the other terminal, and a second two-terminal circuit having one terminal connected to the drain side of the transistor and the second or the fourth node and the other terminal connected to a second reference potential.
