Abstract

 植物油を製造する過程で生じる油滓を、短時間に効率良く処理することが可能な油滓処理装置を提供する。 油滓処理装置は、油滓を酸化分解処理するための反応器20と、反応器20内の水の温度を水の臨界温度以上である650℃に加熱するための電熱コイル23と、反応器20内に油滓を導入するとともに同反応器20内の水の圧力を水の臨界圧力未満である17MPa加圧する高圧ポンプ13と、反応器20内に酸化剤を供給するとともに同反応器20内の水の圧力を水の臨界圧力未満である17MPaに 加圧するコンプレッサー33とを備えている。酸化分解処理(燃焼)によって生じる反応ガスと無機固体残渣とを別々に排出する構成とすることにより、それらを容易に再利用、肥料化することができる。
