Abstract

本発明は、遺伝子の情報・データを解析し、合理的に分類する方法を提供することを課題とする。本発明の課題は、遺伝子の転写産物の分解速度および見かけ上の合成速度を算出し、該見かけ上の合成速度と該分解速度とから、該遺伝子の転写産物の正味の合成速度を算出するに、クラスター解析を応用することによって解決された。複数の遺伝子を分類する方法であって、A)該遺伝子の転写産物の分解速度および見かけ上の合成速度を算出し、該見かけ上の合成速度と該分解速度とから、該遺伝子の転写産物の正味の合成速度を算出する工程;B)該正味の合成速度の波形をクラスター化する工程;およびC)該クラスター化から、同じクラスターに属する遺伝子同士を、少なくとも1つの同じ性質を有する遺伝子である、と分類する工程、を包含する、方法が提供される。
