Abstract

 本発明の核酸増幅装置は、核酸増幅容器を加温する熱源と、開口部が設けられた筐体と開口部を開閉するシャッターと核酸増幅容器を搭載して遠心する遠心機とを備え、熱源は筐体内に配置されており、遠心機は、開口部の開口面を通る直線を回転軸として、核酸増幅容器を回転させるものであり、シャッターは、開口部を閉じたとき、遠心機の位置を固定するものである。また、核酸増幅容器を加温する熱源及び核酸増幅容器に対して二本鎖核酸を解離させる刺激を与えるヒートブロックを備え、熱源は、核酸増幅容器を連続して加温するものであり、ヒートブロックは、熱源による加温が行なわれている状態で、間欠的に刺激を与えるものである。これにより、簡便かつ短時間で核酸増幅反応を行なうことが可能な核酸増幅装置を提供する。
