La présente invention porte sur des composés dérivés de la colchicine, sur leur procédé de préparation et sur leurs utilisations dans le domaine médical. En particulier, l'invention concerne la synthèse de conjugués et dérivés de colchicine avec une molécule support visant au traitement antifibrotique de maladies hépatiques chroniques.
