Abstract

L'invention concerne un forceps de biopsie pour le prélèvement d'échantillons de tissu et analogues conjointement à l'utilisation d'un certain type de télescope (1) d'examen ou de traitement pour le traitement d'êtres humains ou d'animaux, la partie du forceps (1) qui effectue la coupe ou le cisaillement présentant un mécanisme d'échange sous la forme de deux bras (5, 9) mutuellement articulés, le premier bras (5) comprenant un dispositif de retenue (6, 14) permettant la fixation d'un élément de réceptacle (7, 12), ledit élément de réceptacle (7, 12) étant pourvu, au niveau de l'extrémité qui fait face au bras (5) dans lequel le réceptacle (7) est fixé, d'un moyen de coupe (8). Un second bras (9) qui, au cours du prélèvement, coopère avec le premier bras (5) avec le réceptacle, présente un type de moyen d'arrêt ou butée (10) qui coopère avec le moyen de coupe (8) sur le réceptacle (7, 12) afin de couper ou cisailler l'échantillon de tissu (11). Le forceps de biopsie (1) présente un réceptacle remplaçable (7, 12) pour le stockage d'un ou de plusieurs échantillons de tissu (11).
