Abstract

L'invention concerne une caméra de surveillance et un procédé de commande de caméra de surveillance capables de suivre avec souplesse un sujet même si le sujet passe à côté du point directement au-dessous du moyen d'imagerie. La direction suivant laquelle une personne passe au-dessous d'une caméra (12) peut être souvent limitée à celle qui traverse verticalement une ligne. Par conséquent, une ligne (Lc) de traversée de position au-dessous de la caméra est précédemment fixée dans la caméra (12). Lorsqu'une personne qui est suivie approche de la ligne (Lc) de traversée de position au-dessous de la caméra, l'orientation de la caméra est fixée pour viser la position qui peut être prédite dans laquelle la personne va avancer, et qui est symétrique en ligne par rapport à la ligne (Lc) de traversée de position au-dessous de la caméra. La caméra capture la personne étant passé directement au-dessous de la caméra et reprend la surveillance de la personne. Ainsi, la surveillance automatique d'une personne à côté ou à la position directement au-dessous de la caméra peut être suivie avec souplesse.
