Abstract

 管路へのケーブル引入れ時に生じる引入れ張力と側圧を正確に予測できる管路内ケーブル引入状況予測方法である。すなわち、管路30へのケーブル10の引入れ張力を計算するにあたり、あらかじめ行われる管路各部の曲率半径計測により管路30の所定距離ごとに取得された曲率半径のデータを用い、管路30における所定距離ごとの区間を屈曲部と見なし、実際の曲率半径及び屈曲部入口側の既知のケーブル張力に基づいてケーブルの引入れ張力を所定距離ごとに順次計算していくことから、管路屈曲の影響を管路全体にわたって適切に反映させて引入れ張力の計算を行えることとなり、実際のケーブル引入れ時に近い正確なケーブル引入れ張力の予測値が得られ、ケーブル引入れに関して正しい判断が可能になり、引入れ時のトラブルを防止できると共に、計算処理を簡略化でき速やかに処理結果を得ることができる。
