L'invention a trait à: un substrat transparent verrier, associé à une couche électroconductrice transparente notamment apte à constituer une électrode de cellule photovoltaïque, et composée d'un oxyde dopé, caractérisé par l'interposition, entre le substrat verrier et la couche électroconductrice transparente, d'une couche mixte d'un ou plusieurs premier(s) nitrure(s) ou oxynitrure(s), ou oxyde(s) ou oxycarbure(s) ayant de bonnes propriétés d'adhésion avec le verre, et d'un ou plusieurs second(s) nitrure(s) ou oxynitrure(s), ou oxyde(s) ou oxycarbure(s) susceptible(s) de constituer, éventuellement à l'état dopé, une couche électroconductrice transparente; un procédé de fabrication de ce substrat; une cellule photovoltaïque, un verre trempé et/ou bombé, un verre chauffant mis en forme, un écran plasma et une électrode de lampe plane comprenant ce substrat.
