Abstract

Disclosed is an in vitro model system for a skin disease having inflammation induction and excessive proliferation, which is characterized in that a keratinocyte in culture is reacted with at least one of S100A8 and S100A9 to induce an inflammatory cytokine and causes the increase in proliferation of the keratinocyte. Also disclosed is a method for producing the in vitro model system.
