Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de modèle in vitro pour une maladie de peau ayant une induction d'inflammation et une prolifération excessive, caractérisé en ce que des kératinocytes en culture sont mis à réagir avec au moins du S100A8 ou du S100A9 pour induire une cytokine inflammatoire et provoquer l'augmentation de la prolifération des kératinocytes. L'invention porte également sur un procédé de fabrication du système modèle in vitro.
