Abstract
【課題】 光源光の利用効率を高めその出射分布を制御すると共に、画面の視野角を広げて、斜め方向から観察した場合も明るい画面を観察することができる光学シートと、この光学シートを利用したバックライトトユニット及び表示装置を提供すること。 【解決手段】 表面に多数のマイクロレンズを配列し、その裏面であって、前記マイクロレンズに対応する部位を光透過部として、これら光透過部の間に多数の突起を備えるレンズシートと、多数の前記突起の頂部に設けられた多数の光反射層とを備えて構成した。突起側面で屈折された光線が光学シートを構成する面に対して斜め方向に向けて出射し、このため、画面の視野角を広げることが可能となる。
