Abstract

【課題】画質の劣化度を高精度で推定する。 【解決手段】正しく復号できなかった際のエラーコンシールメント処理により画質劣化を抑えることができたか否かを復号処理の過程で得られる情報から判定して画質劣化度を推定する。エラーコンシールメントが効果的に働いていると判断した場合には、正しく復号できなかった画像領域に対しても画質の劣化が小さいと推定する。エラーコンシールメントが効果的に働いていないと判断した場合には、画質劣化が大きいと推定する。
