Abstract

La présente invention concerne une brosse à mascara formée d'un ensemble (120) de poils permettant d'appliquer le mascara sur les cils et d'un peigne (130) pour peigner les cils. L'ensemble de poils et le peigne sont intégrés dans le corps de la brosse selon un procédé de moulage à injection, de façon à obtenir des poils minces et des dents de peigne relativement épaisses. L'intégration par moulage à injection de l'ensemble de poils permettant d'appliquer le mascara sur les cils et du peigne servant à peigner les cils dans le corps de la brosse permet de simplifier l'équipement de fabrication et les processus de fabrication et d'assemblage, réduisant ainsi les coûts de production et améliorant la maniabilité et la productivité.
