Abstract

La présente invention a trait à une brosse à mascara micromoulée, dans laquelle un corps de brosse et une partie formant brosse sont intégrés l'un à l'autre à l'aide d'un matériau de résine doux et souple, et un noyau de renforcement est disposé au centre du corps, ce qui permet de le coupler fermement à un manche. Ladite brosse à mascara micromoulée fournit une sensation agréable lorsqu'elle est utilisée et présente une conception simple. La brosse à mascara micromoulée est conçue de manière à ce que la partie formant brosse, permettant d'appliquer le mascara liquide sur les cils, est formée radialement autour du corps de brosse. Selon la présente invention, le corps de brosse et la partie formant brosse sont formés d'un seul tenant pour ne constituer qu'une seule structure au moyen d'un moulage par injection et chacun des poils constituant la partie formant brosse est formé de façon à présenter une épaisseur comprise entre 0,01 et 0,2 mm au moyen d'un moulage par injection utilisant un micromoule.
