Abstract

　リード線の導体部に接続される端子部（７）が内包される絶縁碍子を有し、該端子部が該絶縁碍子の内周と該接続端部の外周との間で挟持されたガスセンサにおいて、該接続端部と該絶縁碍子との組み付けの際に前記端子部における前記絶縁碍子の内周との接触点を変化させることにより当該端子部の反発力を増大させるようにしたガスセンサの端子取付け方法と、該端子部が、自由状態において該絶縁碍子の内周に接触する第１接触部（Ｐ１）と、当該第１接触部から離間しながら軸方向一方側に向けて斜めに伸びる延神部（７ｅ）と、当該延伸部の軸方向一方側の先端部で軸方向他方側に向けて折り返す折り返し部（７ｄ）と、当該折返し部より軸方向他方側で斜めに前記電極部に向かって接触する第２接触部（Ｐ５）とを備えるガスセンサの端子構造とを開示している。
