Abstract

固定ブッシングの受容口内周面と絶縁筒の先端部外周面間の界面における面圧を確保する。 本発明におけるアレスタは、先端部に導体2を有する絶縁筒1と、絶縁筒1内に高圧電極3を介して挿入されるアレスタ素子積層体4と、アレスタ素子積層体4の後端部側に配設される接地電極5と、接地電極5の後端部側に絶縁筒1と同心状に配設されるコイル状のスプリング8と、絶縁筒1、接地電極5およびスプリング8を包囲する金属ケース6と、金属ケース6の後端部側の開口部に装着される封止部材7とを備えている。  絶縁筒1の後端部側の外径は絶縁筒1の中央部側の外径よりも小径とされている。また、絶縁筒1の先端部11の外周にはテーパ外面13が設けられている。
