Abstract
蛍光色素で標識されたプローブと標的分子の反応において反応前後での蛍光強度の変化分を正確に測定し、精度良い検出を行うことのできるマイクロ総合分析システムを提供することである。更に、マイクロチップの蛍光検出に適した、特にサイクリングプローブ法を用いたバイオ検査用マイクロチップの蛍光検出に適用したマイクロ総合分析システムを提供することを目的する。
そのためには、マイクロチップ内の化学反応の進行に応じて発せられる蛍光の発光量に基づいてマイクロチップ内の測定部の標的分子の存在や量を測定するマイクロ総合分析システムであって、当該化学反応前後に蛍光発光量を測定し、かつ当該蛍光発光量を測定する際に、マイクロチップ内の試薬及びマイクロチップ内の測定部位を含む反応系の温度を、当該化学反応前後において、同一となるように制御することを特徴とするマイクロ総合分析システムとする。
