Abstract
本発明は、試料中の分析対象と特異的に結合する反応物質を固相した不溶性担体を含む不溶性担体試薬を使用する分析方法であって、分析対象および不溶性担体が結合して第1の光学的特性を示す反応生成物と、分析対象と未結合であり第2の光学的特性を示す未結合物質とが混在した状態における光学的特性を測定する第1の測定処理と、反応生成物を測定領域から分離し未結合物質の第2の光学的特性を測定する第2の測定処理と、第1の測定処理における測定値と第2の測定処理における測定値との差を演算することによって反応生成物における第1の光学的特性を取得し分析対象を分析する演算処理と、を含む。
