Abstract

Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Untersuchung einer Probenflüssigkeit vorgeschlagen, wobei insbesondere das ELISA-Verfahren sehr einfach, schnell und mit hoher Genauigkeit durchgeführt werden kann. Hierzu werden eine Probenflüssigkeit und eine Verdünnungsflüssigkeit jeweils mehreren Dosierkammern unterschiedlicher Volumina zugeführt, so daß die Probenflüssigkeit in zugeordnete Reaktionskammern in einem Verdünnungsschritt in unterschiedlichen Verdünnungsverhältnissen verdünnbar ist. Den Reaktionskammern sind verschiedene Flüssigkeiten nacheinander mittels einer gemeinsamen Aufnahmekammer zuführbar. Zum Anhalten der Nachweisreaktion werden die Flüssigkeiten aus dem Reaktionskammern in zugeordnete Untersuchungskammern überführt.
