Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif électroluminescent organique comprenant une paire d'électrodes et une couche émettant de la lumière interposée entre les électrodes. Au moins l'une des électrodes est composée d'une couche conductrice transparente et d'une couche métallique à faible oxydation. La couche métallique à faible oxydation est disposée entre la couche conductrice transparente et la couche émettant de la lumière. La couche métallique à faible oxydation a une épaisseur de pas moins de 0,5 nm mais de pas plus de 50 nm, tandis que la couche conductrice transparente a une épaisseur de pas moins de 10 nm, mais de pas plus de 1 000 nm. La couche métallique à faible oxydation contient au moins un élément choisi parmi l'indium (In), l'étain (Sn) et le zinc (Zn) en une quantité de pas moins de 70 % atomique au total.
