2 ) 在现有流程中, 用户 A邀请用户 C的时机、 用户 A向用户 B通艮 呼叫转接进展的时机、 用户 B释放原有通话的时机均完全由用户终端自行掌 握, 这使得呼叫转接业务过于依赖终端。 如果各终端遵循的规范不一致, 会 导致在同一网络内用户对同一业务的用户体验是不一致的, 影响用户对网络 运营商的满意度。 更为严重的是, 如果各用户终端之间未配合好, 会导致该 业务失败, 例如, 用户终端 A没有向用户终端 B通 转接成功, 用户终端 B 就不释放原有的通话。 总之, 现有技术中呼叫转接业务的实现过于依赖用户终端,存在局限与 隐患。 因此, 运营商希望加强对呼叫转接业务的控制。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种由应用服务器控制的询问转接业务的实现 方法和装置,用以解决现有技术的业务流程中过于依赖用户终端造成的问题, 满足运营商对呼叫转接业务的控制需求。 根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种询问转接业务方法,包括以下步骤: 用户 A与用户 B首先建立通话, 此时用户 B与用户 C建立通话, 发起呼叫 转接请求, 要求将其与用户 A的通话转接至用户 C; 用户 B的应用服务器拦 截 匕请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应; 用户 B的应用月良务器首先向用户 C发 起呼叫邀请, 获取用户 C的媒体参数信息, 并指示用户 C替换其与用户 B 之间的通话; 用户 B的应用服务器向用户 A发起重新呼叫邀请, 提供用户 C 的媒体参数信息,指示用户 A进行媒体切换,并获取用户 A的媒体参数信息; 用户 B的应用服务器向用户 C提供用户 A的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 C建 立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接; 以及用户 C释放其与用户 B之间的原有 通话。 在上述的询问转接业务方法中, 还可包括以下步骤: 用户 B 在发起呼 叫转接请求前, 先发起呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 B与用户 C之间的媒体流。 在上述的询问转接业务方法中, 还包括以下步骤: 用户 B 的应用月良务 器在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 向用户 B通4艮用户 A与 用户 C已成功建立通话。 在上述的询问转接业务方法中, 在用户 B 的应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应的步骤还包括以下步骤:用户 B的应用服务器可以根 据用户 B的业务注册信息判断用户 B是否具有发起呼叫转接的权限,若用户 殳有权限, 则应用 良务器向用户 B返回 4巨绝响应。 在上述的询问转接业务方法中, 还包括以下步骤: 在用户 C 建立起与 用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 用户 B的应用服务器指示用户 B挂机, 终止 用户 A与用户 B原先建立的通话。 根据本发明的另一方面, 提供了一种询问转接业务装置, 包括: 第一模 块, 用于用户 A与用户 B首先建立通话, 此时使用户 B与用户 C建立通话, 发起呼叫转接请求, 要求将其与用户 A的通话转接至用户 C; 第二模块, 用 于使用户 B的应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应; 第三模块, 用于使用户 B的应用服务器首先向用户 C发起呼叫邀请, 获取用户 C的媒 体参数信息, 并指示用户 C替换其与用户 B之间的通话; 第四模块, 用于使 用户 B的应用服务器向用户 A发起重新呼叫邀请, 提供用户 C的媒体参数 信息,指示用户 A进行媒体切换,并获取用户 A的媒体参数信息;第五模块, 用于使用户 B的应用服务器向用户 C提供用户 A的媒体参数信息, 指示用 户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接; 以及第六模块, 用于使用户 C释 放其与用户 B之间的原有通话。 综上所述, 采用本发明方法, 利用应用服务器实现询问转接业务, 由应 用服务器控制邀请第三方用户、向用户通报转接进展、释放原有通话的时机, 且无需被转接用户终端支持呼叫转接请求, 从而大大减少了本业务对用户终 端的依赖, 可充分满足运营商对呼叫转接业务的控制需求。 本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的说明书中阐述, 并且, 部分地从说 明书中变得显而易见, 或者通过实施本发明而了解。 本发明的目的和其他优 点可通过在所写的说明书、 权利要求书、 以及附图中所特别指出的结构来实 现和获得。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解,构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1 示出了根据现有技术的下一代网络中的一种典型业务实现架构的 示意图; 图 2 示出了现有高级网络电信因特网融合业务与协议组织技术规范中 的询问转接流程的信令流程图; 图 3示出了根据本发明实施例的询问转接业务方法的流程图; 以及 图 4 示出了 居本发明一个优选实施例的询问呼叫转接流程的信令流 程图。 具体实施方式 下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。 图 3示出了根据本发明实施例的询问转接业务方法的流程图,包括以下 步骤: 步骤 S10, 用户 A与用户 B首先建立通话, 然后进行呼叫保持, 暂时 中断用户 A与用户 B之间的媒体流; 步骤 S20, 用户 B与用户 C建立通话; 步骤 S30, 用户 B发起呼叫转接请求, 要求将其与用户 A的通话转接 至用户 C, 并替换其与用户 C之间的通话; 步骤 S40, 用户 B的应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应; 步骤 S50, 用户 B的应用服务器首先向用户 C发起呼叫邀请, 获取用 户 C的媒体参数信息, 并指示用户 C替换其与用户 B之间的通话; 步骤 S60, 用户 B的应用服务器向用户 A发起重新呼叫邀请, 提供用 户 C的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 A进行媒体切换, 并获取用户 A的媒体参 数信息; 步骤 S70,用户 B的应用服务器向用户 C提供用户 A的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接; 步骤 S80, 用户 C释放其与用户 B之间的原有通话。 另外, 还可包括以下步骤: 步骤 S90, 在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 用户 B的 应用 务器指示用户 B挂机, 终止用户 A与用户 B原先建立的通话。 进一步地, 上述方法还可包括以下步骤: 用户 B在与用户 C建立通话 前, 先对用户 A与用户 B之间的通话进^"呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 A与用 户 B之间的媒体流; 用户 B在发起呼叫转接请求前, 先发起呼叫保持, 暂时 中断用户 B与用户 C之间的媒体流。 进一步地, 上述方法还可包括以下步骤: 用户 B的应用!良务器在用户 C 建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 会向用户 B t 4艮用户 A与用户 C已 成功建立通话。 进一步地, 上述方法还可包括以下步骤: 用户 B 的应用服务器在向用 户 C发起呼叫邀请前, 会向用户 B通报呼叫转接正在进行中。 进一步地, 上述方法还可具有以下特点: 步骤 S40 中用户 B的应用服 务器可以根据用户 B的业务注册信息判断用户 B是否具有发起呼叫转接的权 限, 若用户 B没有权限, 则应用月良务器向用户 B返回拒绝响应。 下面结合图 4和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。 图 4 示出了根据本发明一个优选实施例的询问呼叫转接流程的信令流 程图 (为筒化起见, 此图中省略了代理-呼叫会话控制功能、 服务-呼叫会话 控制功能等网络设备), 与图 2相比, 其主要改进之处在于: 用户终端 -B向 用户终端 -A发送的呼叫转接请求被应用服务器 -B(为用户 B提供业务的应用 服务器)截获, 由应用服务器 -B 向用户终端 -B 确认接受此转接请求; 然后 由应用服务器 -B向用户终端 -C发送邀请请求, 在用户终端 -C应答后, 应用 服务器 -B再向用户终端- A发送重新邀请请求, 修改用户终端 -A的媒体流参 数信息, 进行媒体切换, 使得用户终端 -A 与用户终端 -C 建立通话; 最后, 由 AS向用户终端 -B发送挂机请求, 断开用户终端 -A与用户终端 -B之间的 通话连接。 用户终端 -B与用户终端 -C之间的原有通话仍由用户终端 -C 负责 发起释放。 本实施例包括以下步骤: 1 ) 用户 B通过某种操作, 使用户终端 -B向应用服务器 -B发出呼叫转 接请求, 要求将呼叫转接给用户 C; 其中携带可标识用户 B与用户 C之间已 建立的通话连接的参数。
2 )应用服务器 -B向用户 B发送呼叫转接接受响应,表示请求已被接受。
3 )应用服务器 -B向用户 B发送转接通知消息, 表示准备发起到用户 C 的呼叫。
4 ) 用户 B向应用月良务器 -B返回确认响应。
5-6 )应用服务器 -B向用户 C发起邀请请求, 其中携带标识用户 B与用 户 C之间已建立的通话连接的参数。 7-8 ) 用户终端 -C返回成功应答响应, 携带其所支持的媒体参数信息。
9-10 )应用月良务器 -B向用户终端 -A发送重新邀请请求, 将用户终端 -C 的媒体参数信息提供给用户终端 -A, 供用户终端 -A进行媒体流的切换。
11-12 )用户终端 -A返回成功应答响应 ,携带其所支持的媒体参数信息。 13-14 )应用服务器 -B对用户终端 -A的应答进行确认。
15-16 )应用服务器 -B对用户终端 -C的应答进行确认, 并将用户终端 -A 的媒体参数信息提供给用户终端 -C, 供用户终端 -C 与用户终端 -A 成功建立 媒体流连接, 用户 A与用户 C即可正常通话。
17 )应用服务器 -B向用户 B发送转接通知消息, 表示已建立用户 A与 用户 C的通话。
18 ) 用户 B向应用月 务器 -B返回确认响应。
19-21 )用户 C根据步骤 6中邀请请求消息所携带的标识用户 B与用户 C之间已建立的通话连接的参数, 向用户 B发送挂机请求。
22-24 ) 用户 B返回确认响应, 释放原来与用户 C之间的通话。 25 )应用服务器 -B向用户 B发送挂机请求。
26 ) 用户 B向应用服务器 -B返回确认响应, 释放原来与用户 A之间的 通话。 本发明还提供了一种询问转接业务装置 , 包括: 第一模块, 用于用户 A 与用户 B首先建立通话, 此时使用户 B与用户 C建立通话, 发起呼叫转接 请求, 要求将其与用户 A的通话转接至用户 C; 第二模块, 用于使用户 B的 应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应; 第三模块, 用于使用户 B 的应用 务器首先向用户 C发起呼叫邀请, 获取用户 C的媒体参数信息, 并 指示用户 C替换其与用户 B之间的通话; 第四模块, 用于使用户 B的应用 服务器向用户 A发起重新呼叫邀请, 提供用户 C的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 A进行媒体切换, 并获取用户 A的媒体参数信息; 第五模块, 用于使用户 B 的应用服务器向用户 C提供用户 A的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 C建立起与 用户 A之间的媒体流连接; 以及第六模块, 用于使用户 C释放其与用户 B 之间的原有通话。 在上述的询问转接业务装置中, 还可包括: 第七模块, 用于在用户 C 建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 使用户 B 的应用服务器指示用户 B 挂机, 终止用户 A与用户 B原先建立的通话。 在上述的询问转接业务装置中, 还可包括: 第八模块, 用于使用户 B 在与用户 C建立通话前, 先对用户 A与用户 B之间的通话进行呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 A与用户 B之间的媒体流; 使用户 B在发起呼叫转接请求前, 先发起呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 B与用户 C之间的媒体流。 在上述的询问转接业务装置中, 还可包括: 第九模块, 用于使用户 B 的应用 Ig-务器在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 向用户 B通 才艮用户 A与用户 C已成功建立通话。 在上述的询问转接业务装置中, 还可包括: 第十模块, 用于使用户 B 的应用 务器在向用户 C发起呼叫邀请前,向用户 B iS 艮呼叫转接正在进行 中。 在上述的询问转接业务装置中, 第二模块还可用于使用户 B 的应用服 务器根据用户 B的业务注册信息判断用户 B是否具有发起呼叫转接的权限, 若用户 B没有权限, 则应用 ^务器向用户 B返回拒绝响应。 综上所述, 采用本发明, 利用应用服务器实现询问转接业务, 由应用服 务器控制邀请第三方用户、 向用户通报转接进展、 释放原有通话的时机, 且 无需被转接用户终端支持呼叫转接请求, 从而大大减少了本业务对用户终端 的依赖, 可充分满足运营商对呼叫转接业务的控制需求。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 4亍的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 应该明白, 这些具体实施中的变化对于本领域的技术人员来说是显 而易见的, 不脱离本发明的精神保护范围。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书 一种询问转接业务方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
用户 A与用户 B首先建立通话,此时用户 B与用户 C建立通话, 发起呼叫转接请求, 要求将其与用户 A的通话转接至用户 C;
用户 B的应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应; 用户 B的应用服务器首先向用户 C发起呼叫邀请, 获取用户 C 的媒体参数信息, 并指示用户 C替换其与用户 B之间的通话;
用户 B的应用服务器向用户 A发起重新呼叫邀请, 提供用户 C 的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 A进行媒体切换, 并获取用户 A的媒体参 数信息;
用户 B的应用服务器向用户 C提供用户 A的媒体参数信息, 指 示用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接; 以及
用户 C释放其与用户 B之间的原有通话。 根据权利要求 1 所述的询问转接业务方法, 其特征在于, 还包括以下 步骤:
用户 B在与用户 C建立通话前, 先对用户 A与用户 B之间的通 话进行呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 A与用户 B之间的媒体流; 用户 B在 发起呼叫转接请求前, 先发起呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 B与用户 C之 间的媒体流。 才艮据权利要求 1 所述的询问转接业务方法, 其特征在于, 还包括以下 步骤:
用户 B的应用服务器在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连 接后, 向用户 B通 4艮用户 A与用户 C已成功建立通话。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的询问转接业务方法, 其特征在于, 在用户 B的 应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B返回接受响应的步骤还包括以下步 骤:
用户 B的应用服务器根据用户 B的业务注册信息判断用户 B是 否具有发起呼叫转接的权限, 若用户 B没有权限, 则应用服务器向用 户 B返回 4巨绝响应。
5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的询问转接业务方法, 其特征在于, 还包括以下 步骤:
在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 用户 B的应用 服务器指示用户 B挂机, 终止用户 A与用户 B原先建立的通话。
6. 一种询问转接业务装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一模块, 用于用户 A与用户 B首先建立通话, 此时使用户 B 与用户 C建立通话, 发起呼叫转接请求, 要求将其与用户 A的通话转 接至用户 C;
第二模块, 用于使用户 B 的应用服务器拦截此请求, 向用户 B 返回接受响应;
第三模块, 用于使用户 B的应用 务器首先向用户 C发起呼叫 邀请, 获取用户 C的媒体参数信息, 并指示用户 C替换其与用户 B之 间的通话;
第四模块, 用于使用户 B的应用 良务器向用户 A发起重新呼叫 邀请, 提供用户 C的媒体参数信息, 指示用户 A进行媒体切换, 并获 取用户 A的媒体参数信息;
第五模块, 用于使用户 B的应用服务器向用户 C提供用户 A的 媒体参数信息, 指示用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接; 以及 第六模块, 用于使用户 C释放其与用户 B之间的原有通话。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的询问转接业务装置, 其特征在于, 还包括第八 模块, 用于使用户 B在与用户 C建立通话前, 先对用户 A与用户 B 之间的通话进行呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 A与用户 B之间的媒体流; 使用户 B在发起呼叫转接请求前, 先发起呼叫保持, 暂时中断用户 B 与用户 C之间的媒体流。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的询问转接业务装置, 其特征在于, 还包括第九 模块,用于使用户 B的应用服务器在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒 体流连接后, 向用户 B ii 良用户 A与用户 C已成功建立通话。
9. 根据权利要求 6所述的询问转接业务装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二模 块还用于使用户 B的应用服务器根据用户 B的业务注册信息判断用户 B是否具有发起呼叫转接的权限, 若用户 B没有权限, 则应用服务器 向用户 B返回拒绝响应。
10. 根据权利要求 6所述的询问转接业务装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 第七模块, 用于在用户 C建立起与用户 A之间的媒体流连接后, 使用户 B的应用月良务器指示用户 B挂机, 终止用户 A与用户 B原先 建立的通话。
